★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Neo and the nurses are very professional and detail in explainig our dog's skin conditions. Dr. Neo is able to connect with our dog well..which makes him at ease. We and are very happy with the consultation. Orice is reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden gem we’ve found nestled in TP. Brought our cat (chewie) for microchipping and dental scaling and was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the vet, Dr Koh. We were concerned about our cat since he was going to be under sedation for the dental procedure but Dr Koh was very assuring throughout during the consultation. The nurse was also very caring and kind. She even gave us a call the next day to check on chewie. Happy to have found this animal clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience at TP clinic, I took my bird Kiwi to Dr Neo for runny nose and Dr Neo was very patient, giving detailed explanations and also sharing lots of knowledge about how to care for my bird. The clinic is very clean and brightly lit and staff are also very professional. Would be sticking to TP as my regular vet in the future. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my 13 year old dog to resolve stones in the bladder and urethra! The vets and vet nurses were very efficient, and we had the surgery ASAP. The surgery went well and the post-op check up was great too! The vet was very meticulous with the physical examination. Also, the vet nurse was very responsive, and checked in regularly to ensure my dog was doing well at home! :)
As the clinic wasn't too busy, I was lucky to have a tour around the facility and was surprised that it is so capable of many aspects of pet care, these included hydrotherapy, physiotherapy and even daycare! Shall bring my dog here for his regular checks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my 2 budgies for their first vet visit. Dr Neo was patient to explain everything I need to know to care for them. I had to arrange for a next day visit later the week. Though Dr Neo was not on duty but Dr Ng was patient and nice too to put this anxious mama at ease. The nurses and staff at the clinic was great, explaining the meds for them and arranging for the follow up. Thank you TP Vet team. (:
