โ โ โ โ โ From the first call to the last, the staff at Vetpal were patient, thorough and reassuring. They made all arrangements from the vet visit to cremation for my furkid Bruno. Dr Chua was kind and comforting as she attended to his final moments. Bruno passed on peacefully in my husband's arms with all of us surrounding and hugging him. It was a beautiful and dignified end to his suffering. Thank you, Dr Chua and team at Vetpal.

Dr Camellia Leong & assistant made Matcha very comfortable and were very patient. Everything went smoothly, Matcha didn't suffer and we felt Dr Leong has made the journey for Matcha smoother. โ โ โ โ โ We were recommended to contact Dr Chua for housecall services as our senior dog's health took a sudden turn for the worse outside of business hours. Not only did she provide advice over WhatsApp, she made changes to her own schedule so as to review my dog's condition and proposed an alternative treatment schedule in less than 3 hours on the same day.
We were very impressed and touched by her empathy and the care and concern shown to our dog, even though they had met for the first time that day. In terms of humane, pet-first and pain/stress-free home euthanasia - she was an absolute professional and is truly a compassionate animal lover to boot.

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent vets Dr Chua and Dr Cam. Save on the hassle of bringing out your pets, especially if you have a few fur kids at home.
They thoroughly check your pets to help them to be in their best of health, not just the issues you've noticed. They've helped diagnose and treat dental issues with my senior cat, and caught on the onset of mites with my cats. Thanks for helping them get treated promptly, from the comfort of our home.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Cam came to my house despite her busy schedule to help put my beloved dog Sally out of her suffering. Sally had been battling various ailments for a few years, and Dr Cam was such a comforting presence in our home. She never rushed us, despite it being late at night, and her gentle care helped ease the pain of Sallyโs passing. Highly recommend Vetpal for their outstanding service and compassion.
