voco Orchard Singapore, an IHG Hotel

Had a wonderful staycation with my wife. Staffs were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and spacious, and foods were delicious. Facilities were great too, especially the gym! Only suggestion I have is to include more variety for the breakfast menu. Overall, our stay was awesome and we will definitely visit Voco Orchard Hotel again!

My family and I stayed at this hotel for a night. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. We stayed at 2 rooms interconnected to each other and the rooms are spacious. The buffet breakfast was great and we loved the food provided. Looking forward to our next stay here.

Overall excellent hotel. Attentive and helpful staff, good breakfast, very clean and comfortable. I stayed here for around 25 days for a business trip recently, and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff really make an effort with customer service, and I got to know many of them on a first name basis, which is a great personal touch for such a large hotel. The room is kept extremely clean, and anything I needed was always available. I didn’t award the full 5 stars for a couple of reasons 1. No bidet or toilet shower in the bathroom (I think this could be easily added to the rooms) 2. The price of the hotel laundry service seems a little high These are only very minor things, and would not stop me from staying here again. Very pleasant stay, and will surely book again when I return to Singapore.

Stayed from 22 to 25 June with my Family. We enjoyed our stay each day, staffs are friendly everywhere in the hotel and very helpful too. Rooms and facilities are clean. Location is very convenient and easy access to CBD area and top tourist spots in Singapore. We will definitely come back again.

I would like to specially mentioned and thanks a staff name Kenny who has elevated our good experience in the hotel. Kenny is a very experience hotel staff and make us feel welcome during our stay. He also very attentive and listen to our request. He also take feedback with open mind. I would come back again with such passionate staff to serve us.

Stayed at this hotel and really liked the staffs here. They are really friendly especially the house keeping and the front office staff. The bell desk staffs were very courteous. Parking is sufficient. It has all super premium brand stores. And to our surprise, a lab to take rtpcr for our kids before we came back. Rooms are cozy and enough for long stays.

Services provided by Ali and Kenny at Business Lounge is super outstanding. It’s by far the best I have experienced. It’s a 5 stars service. Both gentleman are very attentive. I am deeply touch by their warmth and hospitality every time I come in the lounge. I absolutely loved the entire experience.

Holding up to its IHG service standards, I was greeted with warm welcome from the team members as I entered the hotel. I can feel their friendliness and see their smiles even when they were wearing their masks. Arrival and check-in process was smooth too. The condition of the rooms are "handed down" from previous brand, can't fault that. The furniture pretty much still in presentable condition. Being one of the older hotel buildings, the rooms are naturally more spacious as compared to new hotels nowadays. I appreciate the size of my room, the bed is comfortable and the toilet is of a good size too. It came with a bathtub! That's a bonus! I had the chance to dined at the Executive Club Lounge and Opus Bar & Grill, I observed that the service team members had great interactions with all the guests. I personally highly recommend the steaks at Opus Bar & Grill, it's perfect! Not forgetting the gym, it's well equipped. Overall, I love the ambience of the hotel, I enjoyed the interactions with the team members. I will return again for sure.
