β β β β β Ordered 8 piece set meal with curly fries. Waited 01 hour for the order and only receive the 08 pieces of wings without side(curly fries) upon collection. No explanation and notification was given by the kitchen staffs at the point of collection that curly fries is not available. Unhelpful and bad attitude kitchen staff when asking them to resolve this issue. PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER UPON COLLECTION.

β β β β β The cashier auntie is extremely rude and does not listen to your order properly. Understood that it's meal time and peak hour thus she was frustrated by the crowd but her service attitude was terrible and ruined the meal for me. Will not be visiting this branch anymore.

β β β β β Bad experience. Place was infested with cockroaches. Wait time very long, and food was not even good! One of the chicken even made my friend cry ?? I will not be returning to this place! It was so bad, I wanted to give it a zero but thatβs not possible so I gave it a 1. ??? Wingstop should never be winggo.

β β β β β Experience with cashier is unpleasant as many others mentioned. She is rude and uninterested in her job. Visited on Saturday 02Apr22, around 12.10pm.
Aside from that, food is good. Prepared fresh upon order so there is some wait. Great choice of fountain drinks including cherry coke zero, vanilla coke zero etc.

β β β β β The cashier is very very very rude. Destroyed my mood to eat. She even roll her eyeballs at us. What type of attitude is this? We are customers and this is the type of service you are giving to us. No matter how good the food is first impression on the cashier when we were ordering is already bad. PLEASE EDUCATE UR CASHIER ON PROPER MANNERS. GENERAL PROPER MANNERS ALSO DONT HAVE.

I will like to Complain about an issue that happen in the Suntec outlet.
As I ordered thought Food Panda. As i was going to correct my order. I understand that it's during the pick hour. I waited quite long standing at the pick up counter. As I was about to ask for my order, a Female staff rudely told me off in a very rude way and said this is not my order and my order is not done. She did not even check my order number or take note of my order. Till another customer ask for his order and he help him to check.
After that I ask the staff for my order and then she notice that my order was already prepared and ready to pick up. The food was already cold when I pick up.
On my way back I realize that there are missing items and i went back to collect.
I understand it is Holiday period and pick hour. But customer service really need to improve. I have always Supported and order Wing stop Weekly.
This is really a terrible expertise and I really like the food.
Please do something about it.

β β β β β Had classic wings and drumslets. Crispy and coated thoroughly with the selected flavours. Favourite flavours are parmesan cheese and kecap manis. Inferno was quite spicy for me. Mushrooms and voodoo fries tasted good with either cheese or ranch dips. Yummmms!
