โ โ โ โ โ My worst dinning experience in Singapore so far, no other restaurant even comes close to this one in terms of how bad their service is - yeah, itโs so bad that we didnโt even try their food and had to walk out of there.

โ โ โ โ โ Interesting experience but sadly because of safety rules, it is not the original way of using firewood stove to cook our hotpot. The food are delicious and the portions are quite generous for 5 people. The pricing is on the average side as it cost us $250 for main dish of firewood cooked chicken, salted egg yoke ribs, Thai sauce top shelled, spicy diced chicken and 2 vegetables side dish. Very crowded on weekend though as there are many China customers patronizing the restaurant.

โ โ โ โ โ It's a terrible experience. We came on Sunday lunch time and there was only 1 waitress around. We ordered their signature dish and waited for an hour!! When they finally served it they told us the bread come together with it has run out!!! That's supposed to be the main thing people come to try. I wish they could have told us earlier rather than having us waited for an hour.
We have to even ask for water after 15 mins seated. Even the appetiser took nearly an hour to be served.
I haven't experienced service worse than this in Singapore for a long time.
