β β β β β It was a good experience for me and my child. Dr Jedidah really put my child at ease. My child was comfortable throughout the whole treatment. Dr Jedidah was also very patient in answering the many queries I have as an anxious parent.
It was overall a pleasant experience. Thank you!

β β β β β Did gum treatment and extraction of wisdom tooth at Advanced Dental Punggol Plaza on 2 occasions and had very good impression and experience. Dr Nicholas Low is friendly, gentle and patient. He will explain and let me know what he is going to do next. The staffs are friendly too. Prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommended!

β β β β β The receptionist was helpful and had remembered my request to give a slot whenever available as my tooth was rather painful and the gums seem to be having inflammation. So I got an early appointment
The experience was good. DR Nicholas was made me feel at ease and I was able to relax for the whole procedure. Not so afraid to go dentist anymore.

β β β β β Dr. Nicholas Low Zhi Yu took great care of my girl. First tooth extraction went smoothly because the Dr. is patient and caring. This dental clinic is not listed as children's clinic but it didn't really matter because the doctor knows how to talk to children. I'm happy with my girl's first ever dentist visit.

β β β β β Made a dental appointment and when I went there, they told me they tried to contact me to reschedule but find my number is wrong number! I checked their recorded number and it was correct. I donβt have any missed calls and itβs obviously their mistake. The receptionist didnβt bother to apologise for wasting my time and I have to tell her,βnvm, I go to another clinic β

β β β β β My mum's denture needed a new one and we headed there on 12 Feb 2022. Till today 2 Apr 2022 we were told they still need another 3 more weeks. Dentures are important as she needs it to eat properly and this unnecessary delays without justification and consideration to a patient needs is really terrible. Thumbs down .. will never go back again
