β β β β β Nice juicy cuts from Australian Wagyu Beef and Meat Lovers Set. Decently priced and although outlet looks pretty understaffed and staff are kept busy on their feet, service speed was still acceptance.

β β β β β Had the Japanese Wagyu Buffet set for approx $103 per person (inclusive of GST and $1 Refillable Green tea)
Generally the food were pretty good and fresh but the price for the quality of Wagyu does not tally. My friends and I had better Wagyu buffet(with almost $20 lesser) with the fragrance of the Wagyu fats melting. The meat here simply does not have the fragrant. Service is great with friendly and helpful staff. The place is slightly warm so if you are wearing rather thick clothing, take note of it.
In summary, my friends and I enjoyed the meal except that we find the price kind of not worth with that quality.
Service 5/5
Food 4/5
Price 3/5

β β β β β Delicious Japanese Wagyu Beef buffet! When cooked right, the beef was melt-in-your-mouth and juicy. The timing takes some practice to get right. Side dishes were great, especially the sesame spinach salad and the aburi bacon. Nori rice was great as a carb side. Price is slightly on the expensive side.

β β β β β Came for their weekend lunch set as it is really valuable for money.
Super disappointed with the food being served where the rice were lumpy. Feels like eating at some of the economical rice stalls.
Feedbacked to the service staff and they commented that it will still be the same batch. Told them that this is Gyu-kaku and such poor quality of rice should not be served in the 1st place.
Am pretty sure that will not step into another Gyu-kaku.

β β β β β Had the Japanese wagyu buffet.
Meat were of good quality and had great marbling.
Great flavour and very tender.
Service was okay but staff kept forgetting our orders.

β β β β β I went for the Japanese wagyu buffet, which was honestly fantastic though pricey. The meat was consistently good, juicy and tender and flavourful (I did not need to use a sauce/dip). I ordered a portion of the Aussie Chuck Wagyu to compare and it really wasnβt in the same league at all. The white charcoal was really hot so the meat was easily and perfectly done in no time at all. I preferred the long cut (more fat) and cross karubi (less fat) options the most. Value for money if you are a big eater, if not Iβd recommend going for the set menus instead.

β β β β β The BBQ food was good but I was kind of disappointed with the services. I do understand that they were lack of staffs but I needed to call for 4 times for my Coke refill. You know, BBQ food more salty and I was so thirsty for the drink but... Maybe I should suggest you go for unlimited green tea as they can refill easily for you anytime. Quite a good range of meat, all fresh.
Tips: Every item in the menu is just one piece. Example like squid, they just give you one small slice of squid per portion. So if you are eating in a pair, order everything in 2.

β β β β β Visit this branch after recommendations from my friends and colleagues and boy were we disappointed.Service and food was mediocre. We went got the wagyu buffet and midway through our meal, we were asked to change to another table as another family was sitting next to us. While I understand the safe distancing rule, it would have been nice if the staff could seat them at the other empty tables. As the restaurant was empty with lots of unoccupied tables, we tried to asked if they could shift the family instead since they have yet to start their meal and we were ignored.
When we tried to get the staff attention to order items, the young waiter just pretended not to see us. A lot of the items on the menu were out of stock even though we were there on a weekday pre-dinner timing (5pm).
