โ โ โ โ โ It is a department of AVA located at Lim Chu Kang area.This area is far off the city and is an agricultural area in the North Western part of Singapore.Despite being at a so rural area, it can be reached by public buses.The public busstop is at the main road ( Lim Chu Kang Road) and is quite near to it.This department handles Animal and Plant Healrh matters.If you want to know more, its best to contact them directly before going there as is far from the city.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor qualities - similar to the staff whom plans for SGF uninterested in educating the public about the plants and animals in singapore.
Poor value - paying taxes to them to destroy plants w.o. phytosanitary certificate and cites.
Instead of destroying them why not, provides services such as phytosanitary services for plants w.o phytosanitary cert that would be a bonus - e.g. Nowadays people travels with swab test why not provides plants with swab test services your phytosanitary services.
Not professional definitely. - I call during office hours and being divert to another extension here and there similar like poor planning of nparks in SGF pure plain stupid.
Poor response of course lah. - government servants definitely are poorly responsive just pure money leeches who leech and not serving the public.

โ โ โ โ โ I often come here for Phytosanitary certificate application. The inspection can be done in less than 1 mins but the waiting for the inspection and getting the certificate can be up to 1 hour. It is really waste of time if they could have some efficiency. Worst of all, different inspector will give different advice!
