โ โ โ โ โ Unpleasant experience 1st time ordering with Wingstop on Grabfood App.
Order placed at 4:40pm and was prompted later that there will be a "slight delay in preparing the food" ... waited and waited, and delivery timing kept pushing later and later till after 6.35pm ?
Finally after waited for more than 1 hour and contacted Grab Support Chat, I was informed this "couldn't find a driver" and thus my order was cancelled from the Grabfood APP with Wingstop.
If there's no available drivers or Wingstop is facing a high demand, then you shouldn't have accepted and processed my order, and making me wait in vain for my dinner.. 2 hours of waiting is unacceptable ?

โ โ โ โ โ WORST PLACE EVER. Take so much order but cannot handle. Incompetent workers. Definitely not gonna buy there again. If u guys wanna wait for 1h and more for your chicken then do come here.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered 8pcs with Louisiana Rub and Parmesan Garlic which are their top 2 flavours. And I also upgraded the sides to their handmade onion rings with promotion price $1.
So far it's not disappointed and tasted well but 8pcs is a bit too much for myself. I saw there is fried mushrooms sides which may giving a try in my next visit.

Take away order at 2023Hrs (6 person in the queue) till 2116hrs. Isnโt this suppose to be fast food?
Service: bad
Price : a bit expensive I think
Waiting time : 53min
Food: average.

โ โ โ โ โ Every take away or delivery order is guaranteed to contain burnt chicken pieces, partial seasoning and missing items.
They have now found a new way to drive away the customers even when you want to dine-in. Just tell everyone that the waiting time is 60 minutes even whole the restaurant is empty. Question them and they say they have a long queue of orders and they are "understaffed". Don't bother complaining as it is pointless.

โ โ โ โ โ Employees have been chit chatting, no one was frying the chicken while approximately 7 people is waiting for their order including dining in and taking away orders!!! Waiting time was 45mins for a takeaway?
Please take a look at your employees before hiring them.. definitely not coming here again hahaha

Although i love your food i cannot express more how much i hate your service. At the end of the day you are a fast food chain if you will not speed up you will be out very soon.
I would like to mention especially about the boon lay branch.. although my experience is same in all your brances.. what is up with the delivery lady at the counter? First we are forced to wait for an hour and during that this lady SHOUTS the delivery order numbers. I repeatโฆ SHOUTS. Why? Cannot afford a token display system? This worsens the experience of people sitting there to eat. Its like we are being tortured to eat delicious wings.
Please for god sake introduce a token display system if you care about the employees voice. I think she does it even more louder than required.

โ โ โ โ โ Nicely flavoured classic wings but just a tad too salty and tiny in size I feel, for the price. Prefer the wings over the drumlets. I ordered the Lousiana rub and Lemon Pepper flavours!
