β β β β β I called and was told that they do not allowing viewing. All pictures and information i need are in their website. Its a sham, i would never book without seeing their premises first.

β β β β β Cats can't speak, you don't show. How can we know you are taking care of our kitties.
Add-on: With the case of Platinum Dog Club ill-treating of animals, everyone is weary

β β β β β An unpleasant and shocking rejection of arrangement for a request to view the lodging , citing that Dec is a peak period when I am asking to view the premises 1 month earlier in Nov. An indication for owners to avoid leaving their beloved pets with such inconsiderate boarding providers.

β β β β β The Worst Cat Boarding in Singapore: CATS LODGE
Recently my wife and I needed a cat boarding service. Since it was our first time using it, we tried hard to find a good one in a short time given.
We chose CatsLodge and got disappointed and angry so much. We spent 5 days just waiting for the checkout with worries for our cat and anger towards CatsLodge.
Here's what happened.
1. No good communication
Check-in: Friday 2pm
Check-out: Tuesday 2pm
Rate: S$45 per day
How much should I pay? I thought S$45 x 4 but they told me to transfer S$45 x 5. Okay, I'm fine with it. It's 4 nights and 5 days. So if they're gonna charge me based on days but not on nights, then it's understandable. It's their rule.
However, I wanted to make sure if that's really their rule or they'd made a mistake. So I asked them how come it's multiply by 5 but not 4 via the ongoing email thread. They didn't answer that. After giving and receiving a couple of more emails, I asked them again and they just confirmed the total amount and didn't tell me what their rate is based on.
That's not a good communication experience. I was like huh...? but I just let it go.
2. Being late
A day before check-in, I double-checked the meeting time. They asked me to bring our cat and all the things down to the basement when checking in. They won't come up to my unit. That's ... okay. I told them I'd go down to the basement.
On the day of check-in, they were 20 minutes late, but no contact yet. So I messaged them, and they said sorry. We went down to basement 30 minutes after the appointment. A guy came. I told him we wanted to go with him to the place to see how she's doing in the new place. He said no because he had to go to pick up another cat. He was already being very late. He was so much in hurry. I wanted to give him enough explanation about everything including the medication my cat needs, but he gave us like a minute or less and just left so quickly, saying he'd send me some photos when arrival.
3. More photos and videos, please!!!
As soon as my cat arrived at their place, the guy sent me two photos of my cat. She seemed very frightened. That's of course normal.
They didn't allow us to view their place due to their policy. They gave me a word that they'd send me photos and videos. So I thought I'd get photos and videos frequently afterward.
After that first two photos, they didn't send any until next morning. Next day, in the morning they sent me one photo. I was worried because she had an early stage of flu. So I asked some questions about her medication and eating food and they told me not to worry because they're doing good. And no more photo at all on that day.
On the third day, they sent me another one photo in the morning. Now I realized something weird. All the 4 photos they sent are close-up. They didn't show me the full shot of the whole room. I paid for the whole private room. I wanted to make sure she was staying alone in the private room. I also wanted to see how she was having a good playing time with them since the contract included 45 minutes of playtime daily. So I asked for the photo of the full shot of the room and a video of playtime. They didn't reply.
On the fourth day, they sent me nothing in the morning. Instead, they offered me a basic grooming service like cutting nails, cleaning ears, etc for S$80, sending no photo of her. I said I didn't need any of that. And I asked them not to be late on the check-out day.
On the fifth day, they sent me nothing in the morning. They came to the basement of my condo on time, giving my cat and all things back to me and left.
SUMMARY
1. They don't have a good communication skill.
2. They came late without any earlier notice.
3. They barely send photos/videos.
4. I doubt they had the 45 minutes of daily playtime with my cat.
5. I doubt my cat really stayed alone in her private room.

β β β β β I couldn't agree more with the other post on this page. Our experience was terrible.
First, poor communication from the start. They never ask us about our cats, what they are like, their feeding routine, or even a thoughtful reminder of things to bring along with the cats.
Second, they wanted to pick up our cats a day early, but sent a poorly worded message to us that could have been interpreted as they wanted to pick up the cats later than the initial pick-up time. In any case, why would I want to send my cats a day earlier and they should have enough resources, foresight, and planning to pick up my cats on the day they agreed to.
Second, when they did come to pick up our cats, they wanted us to bring them out to the guard house. They show up on time, but pull up fast and a guy jumps out and impatiently asks if we have anything to brief him on. Yeah, we do, but it looks like your in a hurry and don't care to listen. In any case I left a note about feeding them with their toys, which should be enough if you're an experienced cat handler. He quickly grabs our cat and puts them in the van with what looks like a carrier for another cat. To be honest with only three rooms, how come you so busy eh?
Third, they send us a photo when they arrive, and yes the cats looked freaked out. Ok normal. It's a new environment for them. The next day they send us another photo. Cats still looked scared. Plus all of these photos are close-ups. We ask for a photo of the room they are in. This never comes. The following days one photo per day of both cats all close-ups, and cats do not look like they are calm at all. Plus what happened to all the toys we provided. None of the photos showed them with their toys.
Fourth, they return the cats on-time. This time two girls show up in a different car. Both cats are in one cage because they wouldn't stop meowing they said. Ok, but then how long were they in a cage for??? And why have a pee pad inside if it's just a 20-30min ride?
Fifth, cats get back in our place, their voices are hoarse as if they were meowing the whole 5 days we were gone. There is a bump and scratch on the top of the male cats head, and his nose has a scratch and looks red and bit swollen. Three days later his nose looks like it is bruised.
Sixth, the cats are skittish of doors now for some reason. We open the door near them and they turn and run. Normally they can't wait to get inside.
Fine, you don't want people to come by and see your place because it's your private residence. Fair enough. But you only advertise three rooms and seem like you are running around busy as if you have many more. You don't provide a photo of the nice comfortable room I paid for, but only send close-up photos. Makes me suspicious. Two different sets of people picking up and dropping off the cats, when you make it sound like a family operation, makes me more suspicious. And now come to think of it.
Bottom line I would not trust these people with my cats again.
