Really good pao fan in Punggol, so happy they opened here. Soup looks kinda thin but is flavourful. The prawns are big and fresh, fried fish is juicy, scallops are tasty and fish slices are not overcooked. Only thing I can kinda fault was they gave more clams when they first opened, clams are lesser now. But overall, love their soup and all the components in the pao fan.

One of the gems of Punggol at Oasis Terraces! My go-to first choice at Oasis Terraces. Soup: Flavourful yet of the right level of saltiness. You can see that the soup is cooked using lots of prawns and crustaceans because of the redness of the soup and oil. It is light and not oily and I can definitely finish it all without feeling gelatinous. Ingredients: I normally go for the fried fish, so I will only comment on this. Fried fish soup comes with vegetables and also clams which are 99% sandfree. Fish is thick and meaty without being fried to a crisp. You can taste the sweetness of the fish and the marinate batter is not overly salty. Perfect combination! Fried rice crisps and egg batter: Perfect combination to go with the soup. The rice crisps are fried to the right consistency without making the soup oily. And they remain crispy throughout my dinner. Summary: You must try for yourself! Not a lot of good food in Punggol, so this really stands out! Go to level 4 food court, go in and head to inner side to find this hidden gem! They have mixed seafood and also lobster options.
