★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with the response by Elaine. Was faced with rejected baggage claim issues and she helped me to retrieve my invoice within half an hour. Overall very satisfied with Chiang Kong. So much better than the previous company we used to liase with for damaged baggage.

You can expect service, unlike, if I may cast aspersions on a certain erstwhile provider that served the Airlines, D&F I have no fear to spell it out, they are always rude, unresponsive and unreliable. Chiang Kong, especially Elaine whom served me twice is outstanding. Very timely, polite and almost more concerned about my luggage than I! Thumbs up for Elaine, carry on doing what you are doing, from all the crew, we all love you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a great job on my trolley bag. the wheels had disintegrated over time due to minimum usage & hot weather in Singapore. now my trolley bag is as good as new, its smooth & silent when I pulled the trolley bag. their customer service personnel (elaine and Leo) was so friendly and helpful, I am truly impressed with their repair work & customer service. would highly recommend to all who needs to have their bags repaired.???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank your company for the excellent customer service you provided. I was scheduled to fly in a few days and got worried about my luggage straps suddenly coming loose. I was recommended by a friend and decided to try the CK service center at Geylang.
The process was easy and professional from beginning to end, and the best thing was that my bag was handled quickly and safely, with minimum fuss.. After fixing the strap, they also took time to explain what had happened and what they and fixed.
All in all, it was fast, very professionally handled and provided ease of mind to me. I would highly recommend your great service to my colleagues and friends and I will definitely be using it again.
