This is the best Hainanese beef noodle stall around the western part of Spore, one of the few authentic Hainanese store that still uses chinchalok for the chilli sauce. I believe both the elderly hawkers are gonna retire soon. Enjoy whilst you can ???

At $5 for the combo dry version, there only one word to describe it. 赞！

Clean flavourful broth with abit of acidic finish. Super refreshing. Good offering of beef and entrails too! A must-try if you make a visit to Alexandra!

Probably one of the best beef noodles I have ever tried! The gravy and the texture of the beef ....mmmm...so unforgettable! The chilli is the ultimate! So much kick. Almost wanted to order a 2nd bowl. ? A very friendly aunty and uncle running the store. Will def be back.

This will be my go-to place for beef noodles from now on. Today I tried the beef noodle with added beef tendon, dry, at the “CHINA SQUARE” Hainan beef noodle stall at Alexandra Village food centre. Stall #01-45. My bowl of beef noodle had a generous portion of beef slices and tendon so fresh, tender and tasty. The gravy was so flavourful. Mixed with a squeeze of lime juice and grounded peanuts which you add to the bowl yourself, it was THE BEST beef noodle I’ve ever tasted. The small bowl of soup that came with the noodle tasted so good, so rich in the essence of beef, that I told myself I must try the soup version the next time. They have beef slices, beef tendon, beef brisket, beef balls and beef stomach, and you can choose from 6 different selections — Beef Soup, Beef Ball Soup, Combo Soup, Combo Noodle (dry/soup), Beef Noodle (dry/soup), Beef Brisket Noodle. For the soup version, you can have it with rice. I’ll say that this beef noodle stall at Alexandra Village is far better than the one with very long queue at Bendemeer food centre. I’ve always felt that their beef noodles were a bit overpriced and under-portioned until I ate at another beef noodle stall at the same food centre. Worlds apart! 我知错了！? Now I go back to this stall and only buy from them faithfully. Their ingredients are always fresh, the soup is flavourful and doesn’t have a layer of oil on top! They also let you help yourself to lime and coarse peanut bits to make it a even better meal!

Best Beef Noodle ever eaten @ Alexander Village Food Center. For $5.00 for a bowl of mixed beef noodle is reasonable. The soup is tasty. The beef is in reasonable size cut. Tribe is soft and easy to chew. Tendon is just like jelly. The sauce is so tasty I even drink it all ?. Just remind me of the beef noodle @ cuppage center when I was a child. Will come back again if I pass by there. Worth eating ?!

I’m back at China Square hainan beef noodle/soup stall at Alexandra Village Food Centre to have my favourite beef soup. This time I ordered beef soup with beef tendon added for $8. It’s worth it even though I normally don’t spend $8 on a meal at a hawker centre. But if u think about the effort that went into preparing the food to ensure this high standard, $8 is really not much to pay.???
