Bought the chope voucher for Angus beef buffet. No doubt the quality of Angus beef was good and staff were attentive. Time limit was 90min and u would incur another $10 if u exceed. Staff came to check our last order 20min before the time was up. Came again with 5min left and said would give us additional 5min. When there was about 3min left, the staff came and hurried us out. We still had balance food and there were still empty tables with no queue outside. So the restaurant does not care if there were wastage of food and they would rather throw the food away. Probably my last visit.

Very affordable, great location. The hotpot space is filled with competition for your stomachs and wagyu more doesn't dissapoint. Fairly priced. The beef is actually pretty good. Offering single or group pots, this place is great for groups of varying sizes. The vegetables and side choices are much smaller now than before, and sauces are limited. But the price and meat is really bang for buck and great taste

Really not bad for the prices of the different buffet tiers. Went for the $46.90 per pax Australian Wagyu tier. Thats the beef in the photo, its quite decent and the Iberico pork is really good too. However, the lack of vegetables and the frequency of top ups and or freshness is just average. Note that they do not have favepay anymore.

Great Angus Beef and Spanish Pork. The meat is really of great quality. So remember to opt for premium buffet as the other meat quality are not as superb as the premium ones. Other dishes selection are quite little compared to other buffet places. The sukiyaki soup base is good to go with the meat. The collagen soup base is so so only. The staff are very diligent and fast. There is a 90mins limit. Beyond 90mins will have a penalty. I had the Spanish pork buffet which includes the Spanish pork and Angus Beef, which amount to 46.96 nett per pax. Will definitely return for the great meat quality.

Very Bad dining experience 1.Dinner buffet drinks and ice cream not included, Soft drink(punch fruit, winter melon,peach ) free flow $10.80 per pax ,ice cream $1 2. Request for add soup four time above ,request the clear the empty plate also 3. Request for sushi the answer is no rice .... 4.all buffet item sushi ,fried item(cool) ,vegetables empty and not oftentimes refill 5.meatball come with frozen condition

We were well taken care by GARY! What an amazing service and experience. Gary ensured that our orders were swiftly served, plates refreshed and he takes small attention even with our preference on refilling beverage with ice! Great stuffs Gary, certainly will be back.

Food: turned out to be really great. Even if u chose the Australian wagyu buffet you are still allowed to choose from the lower tier meats but once u go premium, you can’t go back. The quality of the meat is excellent at its price point. 10/10 would go again. Soup base was normal, MALA was good tomato was too sweet but they do warn u before hand that their tomato soup is sweet. My fault there, but I expected more from it. Ambience: typical city hotpot style hotpot. 90 mins seemed a little too short but I was a fast eater, no problem. Slower eaters need to take note of time. Service: pretty decent, fast replenishment of food and drinks.

Went for the Spanish Iberico pork buffet as it includes all the meat for the buffet priced below it (normal buffet + Black Angus beef + Iberico pork). Tried the pork bone and also sukiyaki soup base. Pork bone got a hint of ginger and I'm not fond of it. Sukiyaki is a bit too diluted but I guess it's ok once more water gets evaporated off. Soup base is nothing fantastic, not great but not that bad either. Could have provided better variety of sauces such as ponzu as this is a Japanese concept buffet. It's kind of weird dipping shabu shabu into soy sauce with garlic, chili padi and coriander, very localised flavours. All the beef cuts are very lean with not much fats. A bit disappointed with the Black Augus beef as the cut I got seems to be near the kidney or liver. Had a very strong liver smell that puts me off. Unfortunately, every order for that night came from the same slab of beef so I'm stuck with the same cut for the entire meal. Found the beef chuck and beef beef brisket to be more pleasant. The Spanish Iberico pork was also a little disappointing as I had tried Iberico pork buffet at other restaurants and they were very tender. The ones I had for that night was a little tough even though I try to cook it for only 4-5 seconds. Found the normal pork belly to be nicer as it was sliced very thin. Vegetable, fish and prawns pretty normal, nothing special but the clams seem to be frozen as they don't taste fresh and don't have the natural sweetness. Drinks are not included (not even ice water) and are on a separate a la carte menu. Ordered everything manually via a pencil and paper. Very slow and orders kept going missing. Each order takes around 15 minutes on the average before the meat arrives, as the staff needs take out the slab of meat from the freezer to slice the meat only upon receiving order. Not sure why they can't slice more as buffer so they don't have to keep changing different slabs of meat at the slicing station. As the time limit is only 90 mins, had to balance between ordering more and risk having all the orders come back and flood your table at the same time. Had to check in with the staff as my orders disappeared several times. Overall not a great value buffet and didn't eat very full due to the slow order fulfillment as well as the disappointing cuts of meat. Staff tries to be attentive but ordering process too manual and prone to error. Many better shabu shabu buffet restaurant with efficient electronic ordering system, free flow drinks, better sauce and better cuts of meat at comparable price
