Today bought 9 pc mcnuggets, medium fries and coke for takeaway. But eas given wrong item. Instead of giving me 9 pc mcnuggets, I was given mcgrill instead. Really disappointed. Hope they can improve and don't make tjis kind of mistake anymore.

Everytime i order macs via grabfood from this outlet, there is always either a missing item or they pack in the wrong item (e.g sprite instead of iced latte). Why aren’t the staff competent enough to double check the orders?!

Ordered takeaway, requested for a carrier. The employee saw the brown bag I was holding and provided me wif a bag so small it couldn't even put in the carrier. Asked for curry sauce did not provide >:(

Disgusted at how I found hair in my food and an opened butter packet in my bag. I have never experienced any of these issues from my past orders except for today.

I believe employees should be expected to check in all their machines to ensure they all are functioning well. However, experience from a lapse this morning simply shows otherwise. QR code kept having issues, and it was unable to scan promo code n grab payment. Sought employee for help, she simply asked if I had checked in, having here or takeaway. Simply shows a lack of BASIC skills and empathy. Wasted time and money trying and topping up my payment option, and I risk being late while already setting a considerable amount of time for buying breakfast. Should anything happen to me at work today as a result of being late, I will not hesitate to press charges on this outlet.

27/06/22, my 13 year old daughter visited Nex's Macdonald outlet. She waited for a long time to pay for her food, but she understood that the cash register had problems. She oversaw that. After waiting for a longer period of time, she asked the waitress who replied with she had already given it out. They were both confused. That was when they realized they had packed an eat in order instead of a takeaway order which was clearly stated in the receipt. They had also brought the food to another table. My daughter also oversaw the fact that the whipped cream on her drink had melted and her food gone colder. As the waiter packed her food into the takeaway bag, she very politely asked the waiter if she could have curry sauce with her order. She did not mention it in the online order nor did she mention it verbally previously. He replied by impatiently saying wait wait wait. 'I know I know. Nowadays u ppl like to rush a lot.' Or something along the lines of that. He was rude to a 13 year old girl who was too rushing to be home on time for a zoom meeting with her classmates for a project. I understand that it was crowded and he was stressed but so was my daughter. Yet a little girl was able to wait patiently and politely when an experienced man could not. When she got home, her fries were already soggy and the smell of oil and sauce overcame the whole room. That put off not only herself, but the whole family. We were extremely dissatisfied with your service and my daughter was devastated about the stale fries, her favourite food. I do not mean to be rude, really. My daughter lost her appetite and was tearing up because of her distressed encounter today. We will not be coming back anytime soon. I hope you are willing to work on your service. Quality is more important that Quantity. Thank you for taking this time to understand the situation.

Every time I order from this outlet there’s always things missing which I don’t understand why. Ordered pancakes and muffins. They didn’t even bother checking if there’s maple syrup or chilli sauces in it. This has happened to me twice previously and now again. Pay so much money but can’t even issue order properly.

Spacious outlet, the staffs were friendly and managed the crowd very well. Ms Florence, the Guest service leader was effective to attend to our request to swap in to taking out to dining in as it was not crown after a 10 minutes wait. Thank you and it was a pleasant experience ? ??????????
