Eastern Medical Centre - 631 Bedok Reservoir Rd

Had a Great experience with the staff at this clinic, had my jab scheduled yesterday, the experience was very pleasant, staff are very courteous and very professional...keep it up guys.

After reading the negative comments, I feel that I would have to stand up for this clinic. The staff and doctor are actually very nice and sufficiently patient towards the patients. Many people are just way too self centered ! Before giving a bad review or even complaining, I think you people would need to recognize the hard work and effort healthcare workers put in just to ease this covid pandemic instead of blindly complaining. Providing healthcare, especially during this pandemic is a privilege not entitlement! Please learn to appreciate! What’s even funnier is the fact that people are complaining about the long wait! Come on, it’s the pandemic, there’s a large crowd outside the clinic, staffs are busy, i seriously don’t know why people are expecting so much. Dr Fong is also very professional, I could barely feel any pain when she inject me. Highly recommend!

Terrible counter staffs, rude and unprofessional. Talk as if we owe them a million dollars. Not helpful in any way. First time here and never coming back again. Waited a long time, nobody updated us on anything. Had to ask and ask and ask. Very unpleasant experience.

Staff is not sure what the clinic does and does not under Chas scheme. After calling them to confirm and queue up early in the morning only to be humilated by the doc. How on earth can a lady doc behave like a fish monger. Good grief!!!

I think people are just too demanding. Health care workers are totally unappreciated. They try their best to attend to patients but instead of a thank you, they are called unprofessional, rude and what so ever. I think the key board warriors need to stop. If you have nothing nice to say, then don't! Don't try to be a bandwagon too.

Agree that I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. I have visited almost all the clinics at 631 bedok reservoir road and this is the best. She is approachable, knowledgeable and straightforward. I approached her to help me with Progesterone Jabs required for my pregnancy. Her injection skills is superb. I feel almost no pain (super painful when done by my gynae). The clinic is also very clean, the air inside feels so clean too. I am very appreciative of the safe distancing measures taken and sanitisation efforts implemented by the staff and doctor.

I don't live nearby anymore, but still visit Dr Fong as her diagnoses are accurate, medicine's effective (many other GPs I've seen prescribe meds, some more ex, that don't work) and she is very gentle - the only doctor I trust to draw blood painlessly! Plus she's so warm and friendly, it always feels like I'm catching up with an old friend and makes the visit very pleasant

Went for booster jab.Overheard the young lady in ppe gave a remark to her colleague,"Josephine,u are slow". Wa lao weyy,in front of quite a number of people leyy u talk like that,to someone who is the age of your mother.I dont know but that auntie might be a new worker. If u cannot handle stress working in this line then for goodness sake RESIGN LAH! Unpleasant experience and wont be returning again.
