Edgedale Medical Clinic (Tampines) - 614 Tampines North Dr. 1

I’m so glad I move to the right place where there’s a nearby clinic. The nurses and doctors are so friendly and they are beyond amazing. They’re really full of passion. This is by far the best clinic I’ve ever been to.

One of my Best experiences with doctor consulation, Dr Khwaja Asif was very calm and explained everything in detailed layman language which really helped me understand what was going on. Also the clinic is very easily accessible, it is right next to the bus stop hence it was an easy commute to us :)

My experience there was a good one. The place is clean and neat. I felt that my problems are heard and well addressed by the doctor. Doctor there is experienced and the medicine given was very effective towards my medical condition. The receptionist there are nice and friendly. Will return back to the clinic if i am feeling unwell despite the distance is a bit far from my place.

My son taking booster jab at the clinic. After 15 min he got chest pain and want in to see the doctor. A consultation fee of $15 was charge after discounted with chas card. Anything happened after injection you got to pay your own.

One of the worst doctors/clinics I visited. Dr Peter Goh was the attending doctor - he assumed my symptoms instead of asking what they were, instructed me to stay at home for X no. of days and only then proceeded to check my lungs. After which, he said I could leave without checking other symptoms or providing a diagnosis. There's something wrong with this process. Dr was also not attentive in any way. Before obtaining my medication, he shouted my condition to the nurse on duty, failing to protect my privacy or confidentiality. Nurse was also visibly unwell with flu symptoms.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The downside of the clinic will be the doctor. Visited the clinic with my 2yo son who has a running nose and cough. Dr Peter Goh was the attending doctor. It was the fastest consultation ever. Went in with my son, he immediately asked if he was having a cough and running nose then followed immediately with a lung check then without checking on other symptom, he said we could leave. By the way, the clinic is not pack at all, i dont see a reason to rush on his consultation. Visited this clinic a few times, other than Dr Peter Goh, there are other attentive doctor on rotation. Just happened that it was him when i brought my son down this time round.

I’m not sure why but every time when we or my relatives(we stay around the same area) call or walk in for Saturday consultations, the admin/nurse will always say that they are open but there’s no doctor for consultation as doctor is away for emergency. Quite odd that it seems to only be on Saturdays. They are open but only as a pharmacy, selling medicines. Although it clearly states that consultation hours for Saturdays are from 9am-1pm. Not sure how they run the clinic the fact that hours are not credible.

Zero organised clinic, went 5 mint before closing for quick check for my son and I was surprised by the staff telling me they were closed and the doc left and their registrations closed 15min before the closing time ….I don’t understand if this clinic creat their own working hours or they work as they like . the staff running away from their duty before the actual time is a recklessness and incompetence . TO THE OWNER : Hey there, there was NO note saying that the registration close 15min earlier or that your doctors leave before the closing time, so do you expect new people to predict your schedule! If you read properly I’ve said CHECK and not examinâtes, or consulte , which I wanted to get the doctor opinion as it was not a very urgent case . You’re comparing your small clinic to a polyclinic that receives hundreds a day thats if not more !! Either you must be joking or apparently you have no idea on what you are talking about . The polyclinic staff attend hundreds of people if they close earlier, then they have a good reason for doing it , how about your clinic ?? So instead of finding excuses and reasons to beautify your clinic image , rather make sure to be in the level of the good standards .
