★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much shorter queue than the mall clinics. But only opens in the mornings. It is ok. Clinic is just downstairs of my flat. If I need the doctor in the afternoon, I could just go to the sister clinic at the mall. The nurses and doctors are familiar with you because they are rotating between the 2 clinics. I am very happy with the staff and the integrity of the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my gal to see dr. I totally understand wat is stay home 5 days. But your gal need not give random suggestions when she dont know anything abt the patient's social issues. Dat is totally unnecessary. She even told me her name and dare me to complain her. Dealing with pts is more than giving medicine and mc. It's an EQ thing. I suggest ur nurse dont give random suggestions without even considering the social factors. Pts are oredy feeling unwell. Since she is in service line, she should be mentally prepared to serve, and not show attitude. If she is like dat, den she should not even be in service line. Dealing with pts should be done treating and seeing pts as a whole. Not just seeing things from her own superficial view and giving rubbish suggestions.pls be tactful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my preferred clinics around the fernvale area. Both doctors and staff are knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. Although I find their charges is a little pricy, I think the overall experience and quality speak for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my full body check up with the clinic. Nurses are friendly and knowledgeable. I don’t have to wait for long and the tests are all done. Doctor are very patient to explain my report to me when it’s out. (Only took abt 3 days to get my report)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Administration is bad. When there is a super long queue, the clinic would still expect patients to wait outside for around 2 hours, instead of letting patients go home/other place first and call them on mobile when it's close to their turn.
