Very rude service by the one name Marini, My family did swab test and I did ask whether I can collect the result for them and one say can and this Marini heard but no response to me if really cannot collect for them. The next day I went there and she insists my family must collect personally. And very very rude by this Marini,

Waiting times are generally short, receptionists are polite and helpful. The doctor is very patient, really listens to your concerns and addresses them. I would say it's better than some of the nearby clinics, you don't feel rushed.

Surprisingly smooth and easy experience with this clinic. The process was quick and the staff polite. I was able to see the doctor and get an ECG test relatively quickly.

I bring my mom to this clinic for a medical check-up for ICA application, as they are the only clinic within 30mins with x-ray facility. They informed us the report will be ready in 2 days and someone from the clinic will call us for collection. NOBODY contacted us at all after 6 days. When we called them ourselves and find out the report is ready, we rushed to collect it on behalf of my mom as we stay very far and my mom was at home resting. The nurses (Marini and Doris) were VERY RUDE and intensionally making it DIFFICULT for us to collect the report on my mom's behalf. They did everything possible listed below to spite us and trying to force us to go back home and have my mom come personally to collect on another day. 1) They refused to recognise the scan copy of the authorization letter from my mom 2) They wrote the email address on a piece of paper with terrible handwriting and smudges on multiple alphabet (see attached photo) and ask us to send the authorization letter to them. Didn't want to just show us a printed name card with legible email. We tried multiple times to send the email to the wrong address before they unwillingly clarify the address for us 3) After we sent the letter through email, they chased us out and declared that they need to run the letter through the doctor before they can pass us the report 4) With we were outside and unable to see what they are doing, they made us waited ANOTHER 25 mins without doing anything 5) When we go back in after 25 minutes to ask if the doctor has approved the release of the report. They suddenly "remembered" they haven't even talked to the doctor about the report 6) It finally took them 10 seconds to speak with the doctor and get the OK to give us the report. The whole ordeal from when we first speak to the nurses took a total of 1 hour just because they wanted to make it difficult for us for no reason at all!

Worst ever service With receptionist super Yaya attitude I just wonder how they went thru the employment process to employ receptionist without basic brains when talking Process fast is useless when process is done totally wrong Did pre departure for my mother in law Didn't let us wait 15mins for results and ask us leave 10mins later call to say she is positive We went home to check immediately was negative Next day morning check also negative I called back for another ppointment and receptionist claimed doctor busy Just wait for call Shame on u shenton medical for such reputation

Went in the afternoon and don't really have to wait long to be my turn. Counter staffs are polite and doctor is quite nice.

The receptionist has an arrogant, unlistening attitude. She can run things quickly, but unfortunately at the compromise of having any decent bedside manners at all. She is assuming and jumps into conclusions thinking that she already knows what is going on, which unfortunately she doesn't. The doctor, Doctor Wu Junqi, raised his voice at the patient in his questioning when the patient's command of English isn't good. He has an arrogant impatient know-all attitude too. Sent the patient into anxiety such that the patient was tearing right before a procedure (Pap smear) from his aggressive and loud questioning (again from not listening). Has TERRIBLE bedside manners. Will NOT recommend at all. Do not send any patients that require sensitive care to this outlet at all. The patient came out of the clinic STILL shaking from the fear. The only bright side are the other 2 receptionists (1 malay lady and the other elder chinese lady supporting).
