★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly doctor, she offers child support vaccinations and her skills are exceptionally well in terms of distraction while giving my child jabs redering painless feel. She will also share some knowledge with you in regards to the sickness your having. Overall, I would recommend her as her waiting time is also fast and her team will advise accordingly.

Chinese lady receptionist is rude and nasty. There’s a reason why people need to visit a doctor. Please have compassion for people who are sick. Don’t treat them like criminals and shew them outside to wait. The locum doctor has better attitude than the receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I choose this clinic because it has good reviews. I came on weekday morning, the registration was fast. After that, I needed to wait outside, took ART test, and the staff told me I could sit down inside since it came out negative. Even consultation, medicine and payment, all of these without long waiting. Because sick person needs everything fast and rest right away. Salute for their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular at visiting clinics for various problems, but never had a "regular GP" before but today, I have finally found a GP that is very passionate, kind, understanding, and listening to your concerns. Dr Valli is very experienced, and I must say, the most I have met so far, and I always feel more assured whenever I see her. Definitely will stick to Dr Valli for a long time! And also, the receptionist, Su, is very friendly, approachable and nice, thank you for such great service. This clinic deserves a more than 5 stars! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to do pre-departure tests for my upcoming trip and was kind of lost how to go about it given all the ever changing rules and regulations. Dr. Valli & team made it super easy for me and my son. They were very organised and got all the administrative stuff sorted pretty fast. The swab tests too were done very professionally and with care unlike many other places. My 7 year old despises the swab tests but he was pleasantly surprised how gentle and caring the nurses were without compromising on effectiveness of the tests.
