The clinic is trying their best to administer vaccine shots and help sick patients at the same time, so expect longer queues or even to see Doctor Soh on another day. In these Covid times, we should be more understanding of medical frontline workers as they really are stretched. The counter staff and Dr Soh are very friendly and professional. ? percent assurance that u will be well taken care of at the clinic!

Been with Dr Soh and the team ever since i was a child. The service from the staff is really the best, making my feel comfortable and at ease. Dr Soh is also an amazing doctor, carefully explaining everything in detail simply to ensure I understand everything. Overall a great experience and the best clinic around, in terms of service and professionalism.

My family & I have been seeing Dr Soh for more than 15 years. He is very thorough in his examination and takes time to explain our medical condition. He is also very gentle and careful while administering injections & drawing blood for medical checks. I did a procedure to remove a cyst on my leg few years ago and instead of going back to the specialist for the wound dressing, I went to Dr Soh who was way more patient and gentle while changing the wound dressing. His prescription for medication is also very effective for us and that is the reason why we choose to go back to Excel Family Clinic even though we moved out of Hougang 5 years ago. This is our go-to clinic when we need medical assistance and also for all our health checks and jabs. Staffs are very helpful and nice. They are very forthright and will accommodate if they could. The waiting time can take 1-2 hours and this is normal for this clinic. Make your way there early for registration ?

Hands down the best clinic I've been too in Singapore. The doctor and nurses there are very friendly such that it felt like I've known them for a long time now. The place is very cozy and welcoming and the services there is top notch.

Been visiting Dr Soh for at least a good 15 years minimum. He is very detailed and took his time to explain things in layman terms for those who do not understands. The staffs at the clinic is always so helpful and took the extra mile to explain and provides assistance in getting potential government grants to offset bills. This clinic have always been our "go-to" in the event of any medical issues or advices. Keep up the good work.

Brought my son for a consultation and observed that the reception service was excellent. The staff were knowledgeable and patient in explaining to patients’ about the breakdown of payment and their challenges in scheduling walk ins without appointment. The staff were personable and approachable. We had a great experience with both the staff and Dr Soh. I can feel that they truly care for the patients’ health and I think that it is hard to find clinics like that these days. Compared to many other clinics who are similarly overwhelmed coping with covid patients, this clinic has put in place a good customer management system with competent staff to handle the patients in a professional manner. Hope other clinics can learn from them. We will definitely go back when we need a doctor.

Dr Soh and his team are exceptional! Great care, detailed diagnosis, effective treatment and medication. The counter staff are friendly and highlight important details as they explain the medicine dosage (fluent in various languages / dialects for the elderly patients) - a great family clinic! Usually have to wait a bit longer than at other clinics, and sometimes they have to close registration earlier when there's a surge in patients, but that's because they are taking good care of each of their patients!

I went down to the Excel family clinic to get my booster shot today and it was a pleasant experience. The doctor was very friendly and patient as he looked through the records and asked me the relevant questions before receiving the jab. He also explained how he would administer it as he used a cold spray and unlike other places, it was painless. The nurses were also very kind to explain the details and she also shared with me about the new regulation in place regarding vaccinations that I was not aware of. Not only that she also ensured that I checked my vaccination status on the health hub app before letting me go back. An amazing team!! Do keep up the great work :)
