Terrible experience at Express Teppan-Taki. They made us queue and wait so long even though there were many empty seats. Even after getting a seat, they refused to start cooking and serve us the food until the seats were filled at the table. Based on the way they manage the customers, they would definitely serve very few customers a day!

First time trying. Enjoyable experience. Tried the beef and sotong one. It comes with bean sprouts and vegetables! Affordable.

This outlet has a racist China woman who claimed to be SPR (who understands about our multi race and religion country) was disrespectful to Muslim community. Disregarding any question/ enquiry we made, Insisting all Muslim to wait/ re-que to place order ONLY from 7pm onwards during fasting month. No sight of Muslim staff. FYI we were queuing at 6.38pm and did informed that we don’t mind to wait one side and let them serve the Chinese first, just get use seated by 7pm in order for us to break our fast in time. FYI the que is always super long that can use an hr just to place order. If so many muslims were to re-que, who will be able to break fast in time? If they are so inflexible, they why put Halal and yet only serving Chinese? FYI I’m also a Chinese, therefore I’m stating the facts in concern of how other race are being treated. I love singapore. This is best place to show a United nation of different races and cultures. I seek respects and equality in this country I’m born in. So I hope the foreigners can upkeep our motto and let us remain the peace we have. I’m sorry previously I accidentally posted a wrong review for a different restaurant that I had removed. BTW now this outlet’s food standards has dropped dramatically and not gonna patronise anymore although I have been eating there so frequently before they change all the staffs.

An affordable teppanyaki around the neighborhood, the food quality is good and it's value for money. You will sit beside the teppanyaki table and the chef will cook in front of you. Their fish fillets was really very good., which I really liked them a lot. It can get really crowded during peak hours, so be prepared to wait for 30 mins to be seated.

Overall very Good. First time dine @ this teppan yaki...Never expect the taste is so good. Well of course there are still some room for improvement. Customer service from the 2 elder chinese ladies are okay ;-)

Normally its pretty ok but this time round the cook was so bad with an attitude problem. Everything was either too salty or too bland. Very disappointed

Wait is quite long as they do let customers enter batch by batch. Chef is very accomodating to requests, service staff are attentive. The teppan yaki is delicious! Savoury sauces complements the seafood and vegetables very well. Price is on high side but the quality of seafood and meat makes up for it!
