Super friendly and helpful vet :) This has been my 1st and always the best vet for my cat. The staffs and doctor are super caring towards my baby Cloud. They helped her survived through a serious illness when she was 2 months old. From then till now they have always be successful at treating my baby girl. 100% will recommend this place to my friends and everyone!

Great after hours care, very reasonable consultation and medication prices, caring and professional staff. Will definitely be patronising Gaia Vet Centre in future as our preferred vet!

Went for consultation and treatment for dog's ear infection and rashes. Everything went well...until they asked for PAYMENT TOPUP to fill an INSURANCE FORM. What's the point of paying for insurance if we gotta pay extra for just a form? Was that piece of paper made of gold? Been visiting this clinic since our boy was a puppy 2 years ago, but this is definitely an indicator to change our vet.

Thank you Gaia! We came here discouraged after terrible experiences at another vet. I have 2 adopted cats, one who has a genetic condition that is on daily medicines, and another who has a bad immune system. I ended up going to Gaia once a week the past month because of either of them and never once had.a bad experience. Gaia is great with cats, the vets are all caring, assuring and goes the extra mile, the vet tech is so good at handling even the scarediest of cats, and they take the necessary sanitation precautions (saw the receptionist cleaning the scale after each use). Gaia also uses WhatsApp for updates and enquiries which is awesome for nervous pet parents like me with a bunch of questions. They never failed to answer any of them. I'm thankful to have found Gaia for my 2 babies. They treat them so well and never judge my questions no matter how trivial. I live 30 min away, but I have no issues coming all the way every time. Thank you for treating my babies like your own, Gaia!

The doctors, nurses and staff at Gaia were very good. They genuinely care abt animals and we are touched by their gentleness. Thank you very much!

I scheduled a tele-consultation with Dr Anise via Pawlyclinic as my dog was vomiting Dr Anise was very very detailed despite it being a tele-consult and suggested us to bring our dog in for a blood test as she felt that it might not be something as minor as tummy upset. True enough, my dog was diagnosed with pancreatitis. During the entire consultation, Dr Anise was very upfront about the diagnosis, what could happens, what is the treatment and why such treatment. She was very ready to answer any doubts I had. The Gaia Vet team even checked on my dog the next day to sure that I have no issues with administering the subcutaneous liquid and that my dog is responding to the treatments. Everyone is very friendly and ready to lend a helping hand. Even the reception staffs and nurses. Thank you for helping us out and caring for my baby. KUDOS!

I sent my cat (Demi) for her first General Health Check Up at Gaia Vets after adopting her and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience! I made an enquiry on their website and they contacted me within minutes and answered my questions thoroughly and managed to book an appointment by end of the call. When I made my way down to the Centre for my appointment, the receptionist was very friendly and enjoyed looking at my cat. The vets were also very knowledgeable and helped me to understand how to better care for my cat as I'm a first time cat owner. I'm also pleased with how patient they were with my feisty cat ? Few days after the visit, Gaia Vets actually called me to ask about the progress of my cat after the visit and I'm surprised at how much they cared for my cat! Short Version: Very Caring and Thoughtful Doctors and Staff Surgery/Dental done on my cat was impeccable Pricing is very Reasonable Vets: Dr Claire Tan, Dr Anise Hee Staff: Wei Wei Long Version: First of all I would like to share with you that in this lifetime I cant remember writing a single review. This is due to the fact I am the king of procrastination and always cant see the point of spending my energy on this area. Like scarcity in ART or NFT, I have to say this review would be highly valuable in an auction if there was an open bidding market for it. The second thing which I need to highlight is the past experience with my mum's Pekingese Dog. Went to 2 different vets for his condition years ago whereby he couldnt pass motion. I googled for a supposedly good Veterinary centre(which I shall not name) but couldnt resolve the issue. We brought him to another Veterinary centre(which I shall not name) and the bowels were forcefully removed from our dog. He was in bad shape thereafter. Somehow surgery was scheduled the next day. (???) Died the night before surgery. The reason I needed to share this is because the experience had detrimental effects with the thoughts of bringing my cat(Boi Boi) to any vet. I finally convinced myself to bring my 15year old Boi Boi to remove the growth underneath his eyes. I searched feverishly into the ratings and reviews of all veterinarians near me, spent hours and found one Veterinary Centre(which I shall not name) I thought was an absolute winner. PAID FOR TESTS OF $500 AND PROBABLY $100 FOR CONSULTATION AND EAR INFECTION ESTIMATED QUOTE TO REMOVE GROWTH $3000 - $4000 QUOTED MAXIMUM COST FOR DENTAL EXTRACTION $1500 TO $2000(cause only when under anesthesia the cost can be determined) I ASKED FOR SOMEONE TO SHOW ME HOW TO PUT THE SOLUTION FOR THE EAR INFECTION, I WAS TOLD AN ASSISTANT WOULD COME AND IT WOULD COST ME $XXX FOR 1 TO 10MIN! (SMH) The Vet might be good at that place but the service staff perhaps need more training. I wasn't too sure whether those prices were justifiable. But what do I know right? I am just a peasant. So I contacted some Veterinary Centres thereafter with my situation over the phone and email with pictures,details and nobody could quote me. I cant be bringing down my cat and get quoted $5000 for surgery right? IN THE END, the only place that after much persuasion was Gaia veterinary centre. I asked for the worst case scenario and the range was $800 to $1500. Wei Wei who attended the call and helped me with the process was an absolute angel. She is very patient, sweet and attentive. I saw Dr Claire Tan who gave me very sound advice and I was well aware of the danger of anesthesia, given that Boi Boi’s Kidney from the previous test was normal but tilted closely towards the unhealthy range. I felt her professionalism, kindness and compassion every step of the way. MAXIMUM QUOTED COST FROM DENTAL WAS $400 SURGERY QUOTED COST WAS $800(DEPENDANT ON ANESTHESIA) In the end, Boi Boi’s teeth were all good and just needed dental cleaning. TOTAL COST FOR SURGERY PLUS DENTAL WAS $1026. Boi Boi tore his stitches because of the pillow cone used and I was fortunate to meet Dr Anise Hee. She informed me on how anesthesia might be needed if she couldn't sew it back after numbing the area. She did a great job of restitching Boi Boi and managed to do it without the use of anesthesia. I was so amazed that she managed to do that given the difficult nature of my cat. After that she spent a good amount of time breaking down the risk of infection due to the wound which opened up previously and what to do after. TOTAL COST FOR RESTITCHING WAS $128 Dr Claire advised that eye might have a chance of not closing as well as before and could possible cost some long term issues with dry eyes. THE SURGERY WAS SUCH A GREAT SUCCESS THAT BOI BOI’S EYES WERE IN PERFECT SHAPE AFTER REMOVAL OF THE STITCHES.(FREE) Once again I would like to thank everyone at Gaia for making this a heartwarming and unforgettable experience :):):)
