Advanced VetCare Veterinary Centre (Bedok) - 18 Jln Pari Burong

On 4th March'22 our furkid candy was bleeding non-stop. We rushed candy to AVC as it was nearby our area after checking from google. The bleeding was due to decay teeths which were diagnosed earlier at her usual vet clinic. However, due to her old age and existing 9 illnesses, the idea of having the dental surgery was put off. Our family would like to express our great gratitude to Advanced Vetcare and the team especially Dr Zachary Lim (candy's vet who monitor her condition during the hospitalisation) and Dr Nicholas woo (who was getting ready for off duty but stayed back a while to help when he saw me arrived at the clinic with Candy full of fresh blood around her mouth) Candy's condition got better under the care of Dr Zachary and her bleeding stopped. Dr Zachary was very detailed, professional and took prompt actions. However, Candy is in life-threatening situation and under the Doctor's recommendation, Candy was hospitalized in case she needs oxygen that night. Thanks to the prompt support from Dr Zachary and AVC team, Candy condition stabalized and was given a chance to complete the high risk surgery at her regular clinic by her regular vet the next day. This gave Candy the opportunity to celebrate her sweet 16 with the family on 16th March'22. Although she eventually passed on peacefully on 3rd April, we were thankful for the support from Advanced VetCare and the other regular clinic who maximize the days candy had with us.

Our golden doodle, Snowy, got into an unfortunate accident sometime last year (2021) and the team at Advanced VetCare helped her out of the critical condition she was in, and today she can run and jump (almost like she used to). Just want to express our gratitude to Dr Zac, Gordon, Joey and many other staff members - who throughout the long process to Snowy's recovery had gone above and beyond what was necessary to make her visits/stay as comfortable as possible. Snowy grew very fond of many of the staff members there and this was evident in her reaction during our visits. Thank you!!

We had to take our dog in for an emergency surgery because she had swallowed a seed that got stuck in her intestine. Dr Kai Yan and the staff were very efficient and professional. Thanks to them, our dog survived.

I’ve heard a lot of great things about Advanced Vetcare with Dr Nick, and recently had a pleasantly great experience despite a major op that my dog Cheesie was going through. It’s not a huge vet hospital but they are 24hrs and equipped with CT scanner which gave a clearer diagnosis of my dog’s condition. All the staff are very professional and dedicated to the animals. I appreciate all the daily pupdates and calls, it really sets my mind and heart at ease knowing he was stable and in good hands. Thank you so much Dr Nick and team!

Made an appointment a day prior, and visited on a Sunday afternoon with my pet hamster which displayed symptoms of Urinary Tract Infection (UTI). The clinic was very busy hence it is strongly recommended to make an appointment unless in the case of an emergency. There was a short wait before we were attended to, which is understandable based on the number of paw-tients observed. Doctor Yvette, who attended to my pet, was very patient and warm towards us (including my furry friend). I observed that Doctor Yvette loves animals and truly enjoys her work, which is heartening to know for any pet owners, especially those in need of veterinary care for their pets. The consultation charges are reasonable for normal-hours, but expect to pay 2-3x more during 'emergency hours'.

Thank you to Dr Nick and his team for taking good care of my dog. He has a limp for months but we haven't been able to nail down the reason until diagnostics at Advanced Vetcare. Also went through surgery to resolve the issue and he's been recovering well. Dr Nick has been very patient and reassuring, and there is no doubt his surgical skills are top notch.

Very good and professional 24/7 vet hospital. Unfortunately our newly adopted kitten had an emergency on Christmas Day, so we came here since they were open. They were very busy but still managed to balance all of the cases and our emergency. Our kitten went into surgery just in time and was saved by the very good doctors here. We are eternally thankful for the great care and professionalism during our emergency and in every visit since!

My puppy broke her ankle on a Friday night and Dr. Nick managed to perform surgery on her immediately on Saturday. Dr. Nick was incredibly patient, friendly, explained to us with drawings and pictures what happened, what the risks were and how much it would cost. The nurses also were very kind and patient. The follow up visits were also a really good experience with bandage changes and final x-ray and review. Pricing wise it's about the same as most other vets with no shenanigans. We are grateful our puppy managed to get such good health care with AVC.
