After 15 minutes, I returned to collect and pulled out my wallet to pay. However , the staff declined to accept payment and just asked for me to visit them the next time I needed specs. Definitely will return.

It was a surprise that the staff at glimpse took the initiative to fix my spectacles for me without any cost or asking to buy new frames and/or lenses. Thanks for the good service provided.

This guy with the park seo jun haircut (idk his name) served me and i passed him my specs to tighten the specs and he also helped changed my nosepad even when i didn’t ask ? He was so patient throughout and even recommended specs style for me to choose from. After picking my specs i even troubled him to do another optical check to see whether my degree has changed and he was happy to do so. Very friendly and professional guy!!! Thank you so much, will definitely be back if i have to make anymore specs ??

In replacement they got me a new frame of the same shape so that my lens could still fit in, all these for free! I was most certainly impressed by their service standards! Definitely recommend them

After spending 180SGD on a pair of specs, 9 months later, the frame started to peel and colour came off every time I clean my specs. When I brought it back to the shop the shop person told me rudely this is normal for this type of frame material?! How can they even sell something like this. And shouldn't that be highlighted to be at the point of purchase? In the end the one off warranty was given begrudgingly.

There is a wide range of options available, the lady was so friendly to share with us the price difference between different lenses and the optometrist is also very nice, all done within 15 minutes! Will strongly recommend this place if you're still thinking where to get your new pair of spectacles ?

If you speak casually with service staff like you would a friend, they will return in kind & even go the extra mile for you. He helped me scan the invoice n sent the email promptly for my claims. This review is to counter the bad reviews here. Perhaps u met a bad part timer or u had a bad day. I definitely would 10/10 recommend my friends n family to this store. Ps. i am a very difficult customer! i went thru so many frames n over 2 visits to finally decide on 1!
