Great place for rental of good quality mountain bikes! Easy to ride with the choice of different gears (3 levels) and speeds (7 levels) available for adjustment to your preference. Their weekend charge is $8 per hour. For 2 hours, you pay $16 and get an hour free, making it $5.33 per hour for 3 hours. On the other hand, their weekend charge is $8 for an hour, and $12 for 2 hours, and $14 for 3 hours. So for 3 hours on weekends, it means you pay $4.67 per hours for 3 hours, making it relatively cheaper to rent on the weekends than weekdays.

Ask the uncle if I can pump air for my bike. He said charge 50cents. I gave $2 and got back change of $1. Honesty is rare now

Value for money bicycle rental shop. This bicycle shop is located on the other side of Punggol Settlement. If Coney Island is on the right and Punggol Settlement is in the middle, then GoCycling is on the left. Good selection of bicycles for all ages. Recommended ??

Extremely disrespectful wrinkly old man, at first we thought he was mute that’s why he was communicating by pointing at things but he was just a ill mannered thing. He was more fixated on his chair cushions than communicating with the customers who were trying to get his attention. Anways, the chain came off after a while. Bike quality wasn’t even that good, i mean have you seen the place? What im saying is always judge a book by its cover the man is as sheit as the bike, pls step on the man’s toes if you see him for me. Regards

Not sure about all the bad reviews, I'm glad I decided to come here and rent a bike anyway. I did not encounter any of the attitude problems as cited by others. The bikes are not the best condition, but still, we were able to make it to coney island and back.

Horrible customer service, would give 0 stars if google allowed me to. Rented two bikes here at 10.15am today. Bikes were taken off a shelf with a “no rental” sign and were covered in a thick layer of dust which we had to wipe off ourselves. God knows when was the last time anyone used these bikes or even maintained them. Tyre punctured before 11.30am when we were already more than 3km away from the bike shop. We had already been out of the rocky path at Coney Island for quite some time and were cycling on a proper concrete path when the tyre burst, so its quite unlikely that the tyre punctured because of a sharp object on the ground. Its more likely that it punctured because the bicycle was not properly maintained. Called their number for help multiple times and they either ignored our calls or cut our calls. We tried to wheel the bike back slowly but the tyre got dislodged, making it even more difficult. Finally managed to contact them much later and we had to wheel the bikes out to the main road for their guy to reach us. We were at first told that we had to wait 45 MINUTES for the guy to reach us. Shocked that they were asking us to wait under the hot sun for such a long time. So we said forget it we might as well just wheel the bike back. Then the guy suddenly said he can reach us in 10 mins. Guy came at around 12.30pm to replace the wheel (which is already more than an hour after the tyre first punctured and we tried contacting them for help). Finally got the wheel fixed at around 12.45pm and cycled back to the shop by 1.00pm. Explained the situation to the shop owner and asked for a refund because we only got to use the bikes for 1hr+ and were put to the trouble of having to wheel the bikes for such a long distance under the hot sun, not to mention that it was so difficult to get their assistance and we had to wait so long for them to come. Shop owner was rude and condescending and refused to provide the refund even though we tried our best to explain the situation to him. Kept insisting that the bikes were new and in good condition, even though they were passed to us covered in a thick layer of dust. Shop owner unwillingly provided a meagre $8 refund after a 15 minutes conversation. Horrible customer service. Rent bikes from them if you’d like to be treated like trash and risk getting into accidents because their bikes are so lousy and poorly maintained. They will most probably also ignore you if you run into problems and call them for help (unless you have the patience to keep spam-calling them like I did). There are other bicycle rental shops in the area (there’s one nearer to the entrance of Coney Island) and you’d be much better of patronising them instead. Terrible experience!!! Don’t come here!!!

Very poor service and rude uncle, I wouldn’t want to try this shop but the nearby Jomando Adventure bicycle rental were close so I got no choice and didn’t want to disappoint my son. The child seat is utterly dirty until my son suggest I clean it first before he sit. The bicycle itself is also very dirty and dusty as what many reviewers mentioned. I do see better condition bikes but they were not fitted with child seat as I required one. Front basket is optional at $1 which I opt-for and is very dirty that I have to briefly clean it before putting my bag on it. My conclusion is go to Jomando Adventure at Punggol settlement as they offer more varieties and better condition bicycles.
