β β β β β I brought my maid to have her 6 month medical checkup. Called a day earlier to check whether needs an appointment but need not. Service was fast and checkin, filling form breezy. Told them i go for breakfast then return to pay. They are amicable.

Called in to make some general enquiries (while having a sick n crying toddler with me)
Her tone is just bad
No patience
Rude tone
I cannot call to ask is it? Then the hotline is for what? Now some clinic swab some clinic donβt some clinic give stay home mc how I know whatβs the practice of ur clinic? Donβt even have compassion for parents whose kid is sick and just wanna have some advice to see if I should bring my kid to the clinic
Such attitude is totally uncalled for
If ur work is making u feel so miserable u should just quit
And not vent ur frustration on patients

β β β β β The younger slim looking like lady at the reception counter has terribly bad attitude. She has no patience and zero tolerance to any hiccups, enquiry and assistance! It is only 12 noon yet the registration is full but operation timing stated closed at 2pm.

β β β β β Before we go , we had make a call at 12:45pm for the details, they said the lunch time is 2pm - 3pm, didnβt mention any registration detail. We arrived in the clinic almost 1pm, a lady who has wearing glasses said the appointment was full and need registration for the 3pm. Why she canβt make a reminder when we calling to ask? Then the lady said if not you can go to the next clinic but they also close for lunch already. A unfeeling well patient need waiting almost 2hrs to registration but ur clinic is no βcustomerβ there

β β β β β I was came down from Woodlands, bcos of the doctor is good. But the nurse is totally rude. My toddler is vomit, I ask can check with the doctor whether can let doctor to see my child 1st. Cos is vomit at the place there. But the nurse is rejected, she not even ask for doctor permission. Is emergency, I'm not wanna to cut Q. Even is a toddler have emergency, also just let us wait for 4 hrs.....

β β β β β I called the clinic at 9am, wanted to check waiting time but nobody pick up calls. No choice, I have to visit the clinic directly. When I reached the clinic there isnβt anyone waiting inside nor outside but there is a notice βregistration fullβ. I knocked on the door, the nurse (young lady) came out. I told her I need to see doctor. She replied βsee the paper written registration full, no more time slot, come back at 6pmβ . (She don bother to ask me whether I want to make appointment.) I tell her I feel giddy. Guess how she replied? βGo and see other doctor lorβ and close the door. This lady is not suitable for this job, she is impatient, rude and if you called and she answered the phone yes she is the one whom you cannot ask her questions. I see the doctor a few times and I was told giddiness can be serious possibility but this nurse is like not her business. How can she ask a patient who feels giddy to go other places to see doctor? If faint how?

β β β β β Today I went to the clinic and meet up with the male doctor , I believe his name is Dr Sim . Unbelievably very caring doctor and have loads of empathy for his patients. He is so thorough and thoughtful. He was not rushing rather finding out all the aspects of my fever . I will definitely go back to him and also bring my family to his clinic . Thousand time better then Sembwang Raffles. God bless you Doctor .

β β β β β Called in to check if itβs still open to register to meet the doctor before coming down, was told that it was full at that moment and that it was a first come first serve basis. Was told to just come down eventhough it is already full and lady just hung up. Incredibly rude and unprofessional
Iβve also came in with my toddler the other day when my toddler was running a high fever 39.4, it stated that the clinic closes at 6pm and I came down 2 hours earlier, at 4pm. The lady there was rude. Told me registration is closed and simply told me to find another clinic without checking with the doctor if there could be an exception of just 1 child..
Great location for the nurses and doctors to earn money from patients but not great at patient care.
