M	Melanie Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are great but the front staff are just not efficient. There is always a wait even if you do not see the doctor and just want to pick up medication. Avoid if you can.

Encountered the rudest receptionist who only tells you how she can't help you instead of showing you any form of concern despite you entering her place of work, sick. Especially since it is well within her capabilities like printing a form. I even offered to pay for the additional printing service but she said they dont do that and I have to come back the next day with it. After suggesting to send it digitally to the doctor and have him fill it out online and send it back to me I was told yet again after waiting my turn, this is not possible and the doctor will not do that. I don't get it, in light of the pandemic aren't we exploring digital solutions and going paperless? Not at this clinic it seems. Inflexible and uncaring. Upsetting that people like that are in the medical field. A zero star from me had it been possible.

My wife carried her in the arms and waited outside standing for one and half hours till the little one fell asleep. My helper was also here at the same time for her medical checkup and got poked twice for a routine blood test.

Being so close to Hill Spring Medical and worried about her bleeding we could only think of rushing her to the clinic. She was attended to immediately, expertly, and her wound healed nicely without infection or leaving a bad scar. We are very happy with the professional service and thankful to other patients for their consideration to let us cut queue.
c	chandra a on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went there at about 9am for flu, fever symptoms.was told that it be an hour wait. registered and went out to wait as there was only few seats. an hour later went in to check and eas told have to wait for an hour as there were at least 10 more patients. throughout the conversation the counter staff was not even looking at me and the time and the way it was said certainly is far from acceptable. made me feel as though I owe the person money or the clinic is doing free service. I left without saying anything as I didn't want to bring myself to her level. . not a clinic I would want anyone to go to and certainly not me or my family
L	Liz Wee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My whole family including elderly grandma and grandaunt have been here. All three doctors at the practice are excellent! Patient, caring and have taken the time to answer questions that I have. Also very measured in their treatment decisions. They don't just give you meds for the sake of making money off you like some clinics do and are very responsible with their antibiotic prescribing. Sad to be moving away from the neighbourhood and seriously considering heading all the way back if I cannot find good doctors around my new area.
