Hope Veterinary Care - 1017 Upper Serangoon Rd

Brought my 8 weeks old kitten Bean Bean to Hope Vet for her first jab, nail clipping. I was attended by Dr Wong and Eunice. Both Dr Wong and Eunice were really gentle and careful while administering the jab for Bean Bean. Dr Wong was really patient in explaining about how to keep Bean Bean healthy as we were first time owners. Overall, I was a really pleasant trip and I am really impressed by the amount of professionalism and dedication the team has towards animals. Definitely recommend!

Alice and Dr June and the rest of the team made my first vet experience a really great one. So happy to have found such great team to take care of Toothless. The team went above and beyond to care for Toothless and clean him and his carrier up after he pooped due to stress. Really appreciative of their patience in answering all my queries on Toothless as its my first time owning a cat. Thank you so much :)

Dr Wong, Alice and all the staff at Hope Vet have been nothing but kind and helpful since our visit. Dr Wong had a way with kopi, knowing how to distract her as he observed her eye bump. Alice and team have always been super responsive and supportive whenever I drop them a WhatsApp text - even if the day was already fully booked with other patients. I highly recommend for those who are looking to have a dedicated vet team to follow through their pet journey to consider Hope!!

Visited Hope Vet Clinic from the day we brought our puppy home, and Dr Wong & Team have been nothing short of professional. They were patient and listened to our concerns, and we were assured throughout the time Donut was on medication. We could truly feel their passion and love for the animals, which translated to them being available to answering our adhoc queries from time to time. Thank you!

Bought my puppy here for his first vet visit and Dr June was super welcoming, friendly and professional as well as detailed with her examinations in ensuring our puppy is healthy. She also explained various options well and we left feeling very assured. The staff are also friendly and prices are affordable and transparent. We took our puppy to Dr. Wong for issues with his stomach, and he’s doing great now. Dr. Wong and his staff were all very lovely and professional. Dr Wong and the team of staffs at Hope Vet have been super patient and gentle with my cats I always had a very pleasant experience here. Brought in Luna to check on her lips ulcer which is now improving drastically which made me and my mum super impressed and relieved that she’s doing great now! His diagnosis is always spot on and he will suggest only the appropriate tests/procedures, while informing me about the estimated cost beforehand. Just yesterday i send Luna’s sister Bella for spaying and the process went very smoothly. He guided us through the sterilization and procedures to assure that Bella were in good hands. The clinic even made a follow up message to see how Bella was doing after post sterilised despite them already giving us the post-op instructions. Thanks to Dr Wong and his great team from Hope Veterinary Care, an awesome vet with passion and dedication the team has towards animals. Would recommend this vet clinic to anyone who has pets. For sure this will be my go-to clinic when it comes to my cats. Thanks again Dr Wong and team!

All of you truly lived up to the name of your clinic and we just want you to know that your love and dedication in treating Baby meant the world to us. Right from the very first phone call when we had to send Baby in for emergency, Alice was so kind, helpful and understanding to all our needs and requests. Your constant follow ups and priority for our appointments gave us much comfort during the stressful times. Thank you too for going the extra mile to make sure that we are alright. Dr Wong, we owe you a great debt of gratitude. You radiate an energy that give us strong confidence of your expertise. On top of that, you were so thorough in your examination, accurate in your diagnosis and logical in your advises, which we know comes from depths of experience. Thank you especially for the very successfully surgery and intuition to perform resuscitation post operation when Baby’s condition suddenly went critical. Your heroic action gained us another precious month to spend with Baby. Despite your busy schedule you always make time to advise us over the phone. You’re truly a gem, your dedication and professionalism has deeply touched our lives. And to Eunice, it’s so heartwarming to see how much you genuinely cared for baby as if he was your own. Baby always seemed so secure with you. Your actions like how you gave your 100% focus in the procedures, tireless care for him during the night observation, spoon-fed him, and tenderly held baby in your arms, calling him darling. They all left a big impact in our hearts. Thank you for giving us the best farewell we could ever ask for.
