★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 也不知道是从什么时间开始的，一向不喜欢吃果冻状食物的妻子，突然三番五次的闹着要买桃胶吃，前几次都被我拦下来了，可这次硬是没拦住，等我发现的时候，热情的售货员小姐姐，已经给她介绍了好几种不同价位的桃胶产品了，冲着这个热情周到的服务，这要是再不掏钱买下来，就实在是有点不好意思了。
最后我们还是选了一罐价格最贵的特级桃胶，这东西价位不同，品质相差蛮大的，便宜的桃胶产品里面含的杂质会比较多，品相好的价格自然就贵。
我们虽然不是这家中药店的会员，但是在付款的时候，商家还是主动给予了我们九折的优惠，感觉还是挺暖心的。
桃胶要先用清水泡发一个晚上，同时也一起泡发一些银耳和莲子，发好的桃胶体积会涨大四五倍，虽然是特级精选产品，但是还是会有些许的杂质，要挑一挑的。
莲子、银耳加些红枣、枸杞先下锅煮，等莲花银耳煮耙后，再下桃胶，煮上五分钟就好了。
