Think twice before buying anything. The return policy is ridiculous. If you buy products in-store, you can only do exchanges for items at the same price or more. Otherwise, you’ll lose the money that you paid for the original item. I get that they want to prevent people from purchasing and returning all the time. But it was never clearly communicated to me, especially when I bought it with a Lovebonito stylist. I returned on Sunday, lugging the heavy clothes to the store. And the queue to do an exchange was a 20mins wait. The queue to try any clothes was a 1 hour wait. I went to the counter only to be told I could only do exchanges. They told me to come back on a weekday evening to try the clothes when queues would be shorter. So I came back on a Wednesday night, and the queue to the fitting room is a 37 mins wait. I couldn’t find anything I wanted to exchange for. I had to do it anyway because I didn’t want to waste more time. I went to the counter to do an exchange and that took another 30minutes to fumble through receipts. I wasted so much time trying to get things returned. So THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING IN-STORE.

I'm a tourist with limited time. I liked the look of these clothes so I went into the shop and started holding onto things to try. Then I realised there is a queue system like a doctor's office or even Disneyland and the wait for my number would be ages. So I made up my mind to buy 3 items I was happy enough to buy without trying. While I was queueing for 20 min, only about 2 or 3 people moved ahead of me. I have no idea what the hold up at the counter is, but it seems like they look at what you have and then go out the back to give you an unwrapped version, also while simultaneously servicing returns. Very very very slow. Not to mention the persistent beeping from the queue system. It was hellish. After all this rigmarole I finally gave up. I guess they don't want my money.

I had my first shopping experience at Love, Bonito since moving in to Singapore and I really enjoyed it. I thought the store was well organized and really enjoyed how the fitting rooms and the assistance from the staff works (a bit different from Europe). Love the clothes collection at Love, Bonito and will certainly buy again (hoping that quality matches looks).

The waiting is ridiculous. Take a queue no. to wait to go for fitting, the sales ladies are busy folding clothes didn’t even keep a lookout on people going out, which in turn they didn’t press the queue no. Everyone is just waiting to get in despite the fitting room didn’t fill up. They should just take away the queue no, whoever goes out the fitting room, the next person in queue can just go in. Which is faster. Next, the shop encourage shoppers to sign up for membership, but yet the online system was lag down. Everything was just moving so slow. Spend 1hr in this shop just waiting n waiting. Worse experience

Tia was amazing and very meticulous in selecting pieces for me during the styling session. She has an eye for details and was very quick in picking up my personal preferences. She also managed to surprise me by choosing pieces that I’d never try on, and they all turned out great. Thank you Tia, for your patience and passion in serving.

I’ve been shopping with Tia at Love Bonito for a while now. It’s been a real pleasant experience, especially with her companion! She looks after my welfare and is always able to recommend clothing based on my preferences. Always looking forward to every visit!

Good first experience here. Quite good quality and fit clothings. Choices for work & casual at pretty reasonable prices. Queue system was well managed at my visit and staff remained cheerful juggling huge crowds.
