Haven’t had good white carrot cake in a while till I ordered this! Love how the chai por pieces are equally distributed. It’s nice that they also have this sign to provide free food for those in need so.. check it out!

Unexpected find of a gem. The carrot cake is soft but not mushy. Got chunks of egg which adds to the texture. Generous amounts of cai po (salted radish) which adds crunch and flavour. I don't usually like chili on the side but in this case, the chili is worth it. Black sauce is sufficient with lots of wok hei. Served with a metal spoon so it's easier to eat! Shall be back with my family.

Very polite service, and table service as well. The chunks had crispy edges but moist inside. Enough egg and chai poh to give the kick & taste . I liked that the chili paste added spice and flavour but was not overwhelmingly searing hot

New dish on the block. Thai Beef/pork kueh tiaw meehon soup. The soup is damn nice with slight sour taste which is great and it's very spicy. The beef is very tender and the beefballs are superb. You can pick 3 level of spicyness so get ready your tissue paper for your running nose ?

First time there - very hard to get a bite as the stalls closes pretty early. I’d say that the food is really good - different style of carrot cake as it has more garlic, chai poh and even the chilli sauce is different. It’s really good, but pricey given its rather smallish portion. Go there early - you won’t be disappointed

Stallholder was really nice, I wanted my carrot cake extra black and upon realising it wasn’t dark enough after taking it back to my table, he offered to add more dark sauce and add more chyepoh as well. Love his service and his heart for the needy as he offers free food if people need it ??

One of the best fried carrot cakes around the east. Read good reviews and decided to give it a try and it did not disappoint. Generous portion of cai po (pickled radish) on top, the kueh is soft and nice! The chilli is really good as well, on the side and not mixed with the kueh like other stalls. The owner is friendly too! Will definitely come back again to try their other dishes like fried kuey teow.
