I DM-ed them on Instagram to see if the necklace was still available and ended up purchasing it via PayNow. Even though text, they were helpful and even arranged for a complimentary courier to send my necklace to me. Superb customer service!

I was attended to by Christina and she introduced me to many jade pieces which was what i was looking for. Christina is so kind and helpful. When she realised that this is my 1st ever jade purchase she started teaching me about jade and even tried to match what i prefer!!!! I appreciate such customized services which is hard to find in normal Chinatown shops. I bought an amazing blue lavendar bangle and was so tempted by the other modern earring designs. I heard that these are locally designed by Sg designer and they have been around for 20 years. Its very hard to find jade pieces with such modern feel and the jade quality is super good with rare colours and good luster. I'm definitely going to return!!! =D
