★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very good quality. I bought quite a number of ear studs and earrings from them over the years. The back of their stud keep dropping off, the earrings became loose n I need to go to the shop all the time to have it fixed. I keep losing my earrings bcoz of that. Will not buy from them anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Ion Orchard outlet found staff behaved unprofessionally. I felt like I am buying a piece of jewellery in a wet market. Products are substandard. Ended up I bought from next door. Frankly speaking I have no choice to rate them one star. If I have a choice I will give them negative 5 stars.
