★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped by to pick up my order and upon checking it, realised part of the crystal had chipped off. The SA brushed off my concern saying that its 'supposed to be like that' but I'm very sure it isn't lol. The other parts of the crystal had smooth edges while that one part was sharp and rough to the touch. It was also shorter than what was shown in the picture on the website. After the third time I insisted that its a defect, he consulted another SA who agreed that it was indeed chipped off. This was confirmed when compared to the display piece. Contrary to what the first SA claimed, the second SA said I could make a direct one to one exchange on the spot without having to send it back on my own, cancelling the order, and re-ordering the exact same piece.
