★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 26 feb aftnoon experience. Shu Fen assisted me at the shop and was perfect. Very cheery and pleasant lady! She was super thoughtful as well! She knew I had to look for other items at tangs to unlock the tangs membership and gave me a bigger bag to hold all my items. I witnessed another customer thanking her and sounding appreciative as well so it definitely shows how she cares for her customers.Thank you Shu Fen!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve always wanted to try and buy Jo Malone fragrance but am always put off by the service attitude of the staff from the outlets I’ve been to. Today I chanced upon Jo Malone at TANGS and I was served by Ms Shu Fen. She is patient, friendly, sweet and meticulous with my requests to try the various scents, I bought 2 fragrance and left the store with a fantastic retail experience and customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant experience at Jo Malone Tang’s! Was very apprehensive to visit other outlets in Ion and Taka as there were so many negative reviews. Saw the positive reviews of Tang’s outlet so I decided to visit, and I can see why!
Staff greeted me with a smile and courteously helped me choose a scent I liked. Even though I told the staff I was not going to purchase (since my mum was at MBS and she was going to buy it from there), she did not treat me any differently. After trying out a few different scents, I finally settled on one and she even encouraged me to take a picture of it to send to my mum!
Definitely recommend everyone to visit Tang’s outlet. 10/10!!
