★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Kenneth Tan vaccinated my brother, sisters in law and parents in law. He explained all the common side effects of the Covid vaccine adequately and monitored them properly till they left the clinic.
Dr Kenneth Tan is a good doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Dr Kenneth Tan’s Clinic for my vaccination in February ‘21. It was brilliant & easy for me as a Senior Citizen, as he was very attentive, very professional & polite when he was describing to me about the vaccination. Even though he isn’t my regular physician, I would still recommend him to any patient who’s staying around his Clinic to consult him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there yesterday for my vaccine. Counter staff was very courteous. Doctor was very professional asked about my medical conditions carefully before the injection. He did not rush through the whole procedure. Am glad get to know a good doctor in my neighborhood.:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came over the weekend as it was one of the only clinics open. Female front desk and doctor was ok but the attitude from the male doctor was pathetic. The male doctor spoke to me like I was a simpleton visiting his marbled mansion on the ground floor of a HDB.
To the doc; I came for a SASH but when I asked some questions relating to that, don’t talk like I didn’t have money to pay for your services because I could have slapped you with my bank account app.
Show some professionalism, humbleness and compassion in your line of work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The uncle at the counter was very rude when he is asking for our particulars. We came here for booster shot and the young lady who did our booster shot was so impatient! When I told her nicely that I’m scared of needles and asked her nicely if she would distract me. I try to lighten the mood to be more bubbly so I wouldn’t be so scared but instead of being friendly she pointed at my fiancé and said “he can distract you” without even looking at us. THIS IS THE WORSE CLINIC IVE BEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. TRULY HORRIBLE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front page of their website is a big apology written by one of their customer, presumably a trophy of some lawyers. To me, this says well enough about their attitude. Please accept this one-star review as my honest opinion about you clinic.
Edit:
The clinic (or Kenneth himself?) actually replied my review in a very timely manner (within hours), but I don't get what "truth" a customer can get seeing only an apology with no much background about it.
