9.30 appointment waited for more than 1 hour. Dont set up appointment system if the clinic cannot cope with walk in patients.

Always a pleasant experience to visit here. the staff are friendly. They would even remind you of the expiry date or validity date of your company issued health card. The doctor is also very accommodating and we do not feel being rushed at all. Keep up the good work. Healthway Clinics are known for their efficiency and this branch proved it so.

What a bad experience I get today form you Healthway Medical from Punggol Plaza. 1 : Staff not friendly. She asking for NRIC from me just like I going to borrow money form her. why she unable to add in ( Sorry for the wait can I have your NRIC please) what so difficult to add in Sorry or please? 2 : Doctor asking me what happens to me? I told him I having gum pain I know I need to go dental not to GP. I told him I did go dental and dental never give me and medication and my pain is from last night till this morning. Funny thing is Doctor can still ask me why dental never give me medication? I told him not sure why if I know I will be the dental doctor. Dr. LOCUM very rude reply me I'M ASKING YOU WHY NEVER GIVE YOU MEDICATION. I told him again I not sure why never issue me if I know I will not in this clinic now. I always visit this clinic this time really giving me this bad experian other staff the Malay and Chinese aunty are so friendly. I will still give 3 star I believe Healthway Medical still have good staff and doctor.

Went there as this is a "company clinic". So when i was registering, the registration counter told me i cant register as i dont have "insurance card" as proof. Told the staff that what "insurance card" she was talking about because I've been working for my company for a long time and have went to most company clinics but none of them asked for "insurance card". All we had to do is to show our company card. And she keeps on scolding me saying "you guys always come here without insurance card". Thats the first and last i will visit this clinic. Have asked my work colleague what is "insurance card" and NOBODY heard about it before in our company.. But one thing positive about this clinic, the doc is friendly and professional. Thumbs up to the doctor ?

Your clinic staffs are very rude. My aunt went there to collect her medical report, she hasnโ€™t started talking your staff turned her away already. Your clinic staffs made her feel dumb as if she didnโ€™t read the signage outside that thereโ€™s no registration when she went there only to collect her medical report. Is this the way you treat your patients?

I experienced excellent customer service and prompt and professional attention from the front desk. The attendants handled each case with courtesy. The doctor was also attentive and showed care and concern. The queue is long but it is testimony to their good service and referrals from satisfied patients.

First time booked my medical check up here at 2.30pm. I reached way earlier at about 1.40pm. People started to queue up and I followed the queue. I was aware that the clinic operating hours start at 2pm. I waited until 2.45pm , the clinic did not open at all. I did try to call the clinic, no one answered. Finally, there was this lady called another clinic in Sengkang for verification as she saw a note on the front door, "no doctor on duty, sorry for inconvenience caused", but it was put upside down (as per attached photo). It was unacceptable and unprofessional for a clinic to do so. I had booked for a check up in advanced and I did not receive any alert message from the clinic to postpone or informed me there was no doctor on duty. I am not sure what is going on with the clinic system, as we all are going through hard times in this pandemic. But I do hope this clinic take more responsibility, alert others if you are unable to operate the clinic and to provide a proper signage. Please do not waste our time.
