★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to this clinic thrice. The first time i went, i was pregnant and in need of paracetamol due to my back ache. The doctor was so generous, he only charge me for the medication. The 2nd time i went, i was charge fully. No complain in that coz thats how it normally suppose to be. Just went to the clinic again just now for my daugther. The doctor was so kind, very gentle to my daugther. And again, i was only charge for the medications. All visits are of different doctors. The staff are friendly and patience as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my mum to the clinic for low blood pressure. Dr Cheong was in. He was very comforting. Explained how to adjust her medication. Also help compared the heart rate monitor I brought with me to ascertain if it is calibration is in sync.

The receptionist staff are ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most heartless and lousy clinic, reached there at 2020 but the staff say the clinic is closed wherelse the website says they closes at 2130. It not even so crowded and they say they are overloaded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ close early timing than what is posted. For sick people like us we need correct timing so that when we visit we will be declined. Especially if the patient arrive early than what your closes timing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my son over as he was COV +ve and was having fever. Arrived at the clinic at 1112hrs but was told that they had already closed for the day. There were 3 patients who were still waiting.
On their official website, it indicated that clinic hours were from 0830 -1230hrs for Saturday and Sunday, but the sign on the clinic's door showed as 0830-1200hrs.
Lady probably wanted to end shift early as it's a weekend. Definitely UNETHICAL and sadly this exist in our healthcare system.
