β β β β β Super regret to have KFC . I should just walk few step and get jollibee instead. Chicken dry and not hot. Egg tart is not hot and crispy, a bit undercook but at least still have taste of it. The only save part is soft drink and mash potato ! No KFC, I'm not stepping in anymore for at least One Year before you improve your quality. For other customers, please at least skip NEX Branches.

β β β β β Chicken is completely devoid of moisture and hard like rocks.
Staff gave me mostly breasts (When i reuqested for a mix of wings, drums and thighs) .
This outlet used to be good 4 years ago, but now its become utter grbage.
I don't usually post reviews, but today is by far the worst KFC experience i've had in my entire life.
Colonel Sanders will roll in his grave if he know's what y'all are serving here.
Boycotting NEX outlet from now on.

Its the kfc x lays bbq chicken.
Really disappointed, wait 30 mins for this?

β β β β β KFC seems to always give very big discounts like 50-70%, and got a lot of customers queueing but didn't manage their operations efficiently. The chicken were decent but the service was extremely terrible. Not sure how their operation could be that slow? Didn't follow the queue, and it took 30-45 mins to just clear the queue, then ordering and waiting to collect for takeaway. Staff are not friendly and even shouted at some customers. Don't want to come back any more!

β β β β β Zinger burger in big bun & crispy chicken are great. Mashed potato tastes good. Fries are soft. There is a wash basin. The free flow drink dispenser is good for pepsi. Outlet has good seating for smaller gathering, located near the entrance area.

The cheesy wedges arrived cold. The wedges are not hot and crispy. The fried thigh chicken are dry, hard and cold. The fried chicken is also not fresh.
1 star given for hot piping whipped potato and hot Milo.
KFC Website and App
Scan the QR code on the poster and was brought to KFC website to order our food. It was not easy to use. We navigated for 10mins but was not able to place order. In the end, one of us downloaded the KFC App and managed to place the order successfully. The website really needs improvement.
Conclusion
KFC should improve their quality of food and serve with their heart. No more finger linkin' good experience. Moreover, Jolibee is just next door. ??ββοΈ

β β β β β I made a trip to KFC just to try out their new Lay's BBQ Crunch. Heard some good reviews about this collaboration. Unfortunately that I didn't really like it that much. The drumstick I got is not crunchy at all, the batter is also too salty for my liking. KFC has done a great job controlling the crowd entering the dining area so there is a short wait even though the place isn't too crowded.
