β β β β β i went to the koi at the seletarmall outlet. This staff named Wilson served me and his attitude was so bad. I was deciding what to drink and asking him whether this shop accept paynow and he keep rushing me to order without answering my questions. His attitude was so bad, this is really a very unpleasant experience.

β β β β β Another KOI outlet with long waiting times. The staff are badly trained. They charged me for 3 cups instead of 2 cups and I had to get a electronic payment refunded in cash. And worse of all, they didnβt listen to my order properly and served me bubble tea with no pearls! Disappointedβ¦..
