β β β β β What can I say, it's one of the big 3 bubble tea chains in Singapore alongside Gong Cha and Liho, so you can't go wrong with this. The Hazel nut milk tea is always a nice milk tea combo if you want something slightly different from the basic milk tea base.

β β β β β Slow service with all the staff chit chatting rather than working. Order placed and waited for more than 15mins. With the order number displayed, we were informed to wait further with reason "we will call you again". Obviously they are playing with the ring bell and realised their mistake when we asked to collect our order. Absolutely disappointed.

β β β β β Bought a guava green tea and received a lemon taste water? Gave wrong drink but sticker are correct so I doubt their SOP got issue, be aware the future patron !!!

β β β β β Ordered via grabfood. Drink was nice as usual. However I was told to write on this piece of paper, presumably for record? Told them I am not the delivery man but a regular customer and they said I still have to fill in the form. It makes zero sense to do that. Like what is the point? For the record, most of things written are just random scribbles lol. Boooo for lousy pointless SOP
