Kopi & Tarts

Went today and ask for less ice but the ice still consist 2/3 of the cup. We are paying XXL price for a XXL drink not the amount of Ice! Please improve the service and quality of the beverage!!

What a way to dampened the new year. Lousy service n rude staff..is a thin young girl with tied up hair i/c of making coffee. Apparently my mum waited for 20 over minutes for her food in the morning. What they sell here basically is eggs n toast. In the initial 10 minutes, she noticed other customers that came in later than her was actually served earlier than her. My mum thought something must be wrong and politely point out to this staff to check with her on the order. Staff then shouted at her 'must wait, there are a lot of order!?' Apparently if someone point out to you your orders has been served in manner of those come later being served first rather than first come first serve, you should at the very least find out what went wrong instead of blasting out at your customers. So my mum then went back to waited for another 10 minutes plus. Meanwhile while waiting, she see all the new customers that came in later than her was served the meal and already finishing their meal and the ones before were already leaving the stall. They entirely ignored my mum and refused to even find out what went wrong. By now, my mum was already highly upset, hungry and angry. My mum was experiencing withdrawal symptoms due to her diabetic medication. She went back to the counter and said she's not going to wait anymore, this people at kopi and tarts are such bullies. Her actual words to them were 欺人太甚. She asked for a refund, they gave a partial refund as coffee was served. They made Zero apologies to my mum like none of it is their fault. Put yourself into my mum's shoes or any customer point of view, would you like to be treated like this? Will never go back to this stall.

18/02/22 update, ordered my coffee and pastries first, but got served much much later then those standing behind me, even though i've reminded them of my coffee yet to be served. Really upsets me cause of this, im late for work. Probably need a system that auto send orders to the brewer so as not to miss out any orders. I still think the pastries and coffees are nice and to go to for breakfast. Just the system needs improvement. (Previous comments) Pastries are nice!!! Especially the apple pastries and cheese egg tarts! Haven't tried the rest of the pastries yet, but I'll be coming for more!!!! Just wish that it could be a little bit cheaper for me to buy more to share with my friends and family. Didn't see the rude staff that most people were talking about tho? Lucky me i guess? Haha

Tea okay, tart no. Despite being early in the morning, the tart was soggy. Not sure if it was left since the night before but clearly disappointing.

If I'm able to give zero stars, I will. The lady at the cashier on 17th May 2022, 10.01am is extremely rude, impatient towards the elderly uncle before serving me. And when it's my turn, she was impatient as im ordering takeaway puffs and tarts fir my Muslim clients.. its a morning and I believe every customers want to start their day happily with your coffee and tarts hence the choice of going to kopi and tarts . Jurong point is a busy outlet, perhaps the management can arrange a friendly, patience staff to attend in order not to spoil customers' morning. Thank you

Kopi & tarts, please educate your staff to being polite to the customer. There is this chinese lady staff with short hair in the cashier yesterday evening was so rude and this is my 2nd time encounter her with her terrible service. There are many customer complaints about her of being rude and arrogant. Send her to some customer service course she need that the most. Had to face her irritating face when we place in the order.

Would ONLY recommend their pastries which are really good. Toast and coffee/tea are of average, maybe a little below, standard. Too high a price to ask for an average cup of coffee.

Im really not much of pastry person, don't indulge much actually. Once in a while a piece of egg tart or maybe a cupcakes just to ease the cravings but sweet tooth I definitely am not. So, I received these. First impressions, good packaging, sturdy and definitely easy to carry in a bag. The box contains 4 mixed muffins, a chocolate oreo, a dark chocolate disc topping, cheese and a plain one I suppose. Not much of a variety I guess. Taste test, hhmmm ... putting it simply, it's just "nice". Nothing fantastic and nothing to rave about, so the best word to describe it, "ok lah". The muffins were both moist and dry, with a hint of taste and flavoring. If not for the toppings I guess it's justa plain ol' cake. Like I said, it's not great but it's not bad. Something I would travel just to get? Nah .... Also I read some of the other feedbacks and I am rather disturbed and if the management has done anything to address the issues. It's is a huge cause for concern. For now, a huge NO, to visiting their outlet. Packaging: 4 / 5 Flavour: 2.5 / 5 Overall : Meh
