β β β β β Should have inform me in advance about waiting. After paying still need to wait for 15mins for just a hazelnut cheese. Mr bean bean below Jurong East mrt branch. 955am. Poor service. Btw the 2 receptionist keep chatting till they didn't see me and my baby at the counter. Please train your staffs.

β β β β β I've always been fortunate to have been served by Alice. She is friendly and will do her best to attend to customers and serve them. She is patient and efficient. The products are fresh and healthy. Always a place I stop by when I am in the area. Five star rating here is based on the service by Alice.

β β β β β Food was okay, staff was super rude to customers. Spoke to us like we owe them, one Malay lady used an almost yelling tone at me when I asked what were the porridge and pancake flavour choices.
Please train your staff properly, not all your customers are familiar with you menu.

β β β β β (JEM branch) Food was fine, but very poor attitude from staff. Asked if they had tuna and she just tossed the just-ready tuna flavor on the tray and said "there, tuna". Ordered our food halfway, she just walked off to prepare, and when we asked for a cup of ginger tea, had the audacity to complain to her other staff "didnt finish ordering in one shot" in mandarin right in front of us.
Please stop letting your staff reduce the rating of your store.

β β β β β Amazing experience, and it was really the excellent customer service that made my day. The counter cashier, Keith, was ever so patient to serve me and even offered me a new ice cream after I dropped my pervious one. Strongly recommended!
