โ โ โ โ โ We were told to come with a vaccination so we did. Prior to coming they had not informed us that we needed to pre-book to use the playground facility. Customer service was absolutely horrendous. The person who attended to us wasn't even sure if she was giving us the correct information. So we ended being turned away. Will never come back and waste my time here ever again. Such an utter disappointment.
