β β β β β We requested for extended service agreement for our U-Love massage chair, Called Osim office 63182616 and was told to contact the nearest Osim outlet which happened to be at Waterway Point. [63858316] to assist.
Called this outlet and a lady [Ms Candy] on the phone told me " Are you sure they gave you this outlet contact number,. You give me the name and telephone number you called? " I was appalled by the level of Front line customer services.!
Hello OSIM, we have been your faithfully customers and referrals. Never have we encountered this kind of service.
{ No star for customers services but it was not accepted} Sorry One spoilt apple is bad enough.
