Patek Philippe Boutique at Marina Bay Sands (MBS) - Official Retailer | Cortina Watch

newbie to watch collection. its a great afternoon spent at the shop. didnt end up buying but grateful for the hospitality at the shop and most of all, thanks for the good chat on the watches.

Went watch shopping today and boy was I totally traumatised by patek's sales service. Reluctant and arrogant staff with display watches oily under the plastic. Tried to make small talk at the sales guy's 5711 on his wrist and he proceeds to pull down his sleeve and grunt. What's the point of having a huge POS at mbs but be so reluctant with your walk-ins?

I wasn't here to shop for watches. I was here seeking help for something urgent at about 20:30 on July 11th, 2020. It was for getting a print out of my travel document visa which I got into trouble with tye security team at MBS. You see, all the shops at the MBS were mostly closed during such late hour. The MBS hotel were closed as well and though the staffs there were trying to help me out but they couldn't get any access to a working printer due to the computer system and network in the hotel was still locked down by their IT. So my only choice was to enter this Patek Phillipe boutique with about 5 to 6 staffs still inside the boutique. Now, I am an avid fan of high end horology but PP is league above mine. So yeah I knew what I walked into and doing so while trying not to be intimidated. However I was surprised when I walked in and greeted by all the staffs with such hospitality. They all listened to my problem with such attentiveness and one of the man quickly jumped and gave me counsel of what I should do, even helping to print the document which I urgently needed without even pausing for consideration (since I wasn't there to shop). I managed to solve my problem that night with the security and I owe this to the gentleman (& woman) of PP Boutique Cortina Watches at MBS Singapore. Thank you very much to you guys for being so helpful! I will eventually shop in your boutique one day, when I have enough money (cross fingers)

Went to the Marina Square outlet quite some time back not sure if this is the one but looks like it. I brought my mother there to adjust her time on her rolex watch, because she is an elderly she is not sure how to do it. A Chinese foreign sales assistant told us we are wasting his time. Barely had any customers i don’t understand why he was so pressed about it. Felt disappointed at the service.

Had a wonderful experience at this outlet where Derick was very generous in sharing the rich history of Cortina and PP. Delighted that I Got to see many beautiful and rare pieces eg 5057. Many thanks.

Attended this fantastic experience PP chronograph appreciation event held in MBS on 28/11. Even the traffic & parking on that day was chaotic , but i was fully refresh by this event & hospitality offered by Cortina's team members Joy, Jean, Adrian, Jeremy & Sean. The drink, snack , & experience is top notch. thank you Cortina team for hosting and invite me & my friend.

An elevated experience from Mr William Leong. Patiently explaining the history of the brand. It made a difference to the buying experience. I was with my family celebrating our wedding anniversary and daughter's birthday and manage to sneak some time into MBS Patek boutique (Cortina). William took the opportunity and left me a very pleasant impression. Fast forward a month later, he called and I am so surprised he remembered our previous conversations. William and his team definitely are highly recommended ? for your horology journey. My gratitude and thank you for your hospitality.

Had a wonderful experience here at Patek Philippe and Cortina Watch 50 years of collaboration anniversary event. 5057G in white gold that was made specially for this anniversary was amazing with its caliber 240 PS IRM C LU which is fitted in not many of Patek Philippe watches therefore certainly makes it a really special piece. Vibrant and beautiful display of the 4 clock domes that spins slowly for everyone to view all sides of the brilliantly made enamel. The staffs there were awesome as well as they attend to every guests meticulously and explain the history of the collaboration carefully. There’s a helpful lady and a guy that talked to me about the history (sorry that I didn’t get your names). Many thanks to Fraser for assisting me few days later for the enquiry of a watch that I am hoping to get!
