Pets Avenue Veterinary Clinic (Upper Thomson) - 193 Upper Thomson Rd

Our experience at Pet Avenue Vet UT has always been the best. Dr Elaine took care of our little rascal Zuko really well when he had a bout of stomach issues & needed to take antibiotics to flush out the Giardia. She was also really helpful on a behavioural consult when we first adopted him and needed advice to help with his anxiousness. The staff there are also always very attentive, patient and gentle with Zuko. Even though we’ve moved away from the area, we can’t imagine finding another vet as we’re very happy with the care Zuko receives here.

Super non-empathetic & simply no intention in taking in an EMERGENCY case.. clinic expects us pet owners to book an appointment for a pup who needs desperate attention! Logic? The pup would not have survived till tomorrow.. Yes the doctor could be good, but what’s the point when they were not willing to provide assistance when we really needed it..

Made an appointment for my furboy after reading many good reviews. Indeed Dr Elaine is knowledgeable, nice, friendly and very detailed in her diagnosis. Furboy still comes out happy, wagging his tail even after multiple tests, which he normally does not like. I am super glad to have visited this clinic and have my boy under the best of care by Dr Elaine and team! Thank you Pets Avenue team!!!

We really loved what Dr Talitha had to offer. Not only was she empathetic and gentle with my cat, she was patient in explaining thoroughly with regards to my cat’s condition. She was kind as to explain all the different procedures and routes that we can take for our cat and she was understanding and kind when we finally made the decision. She is truly one of a kind. I would recommend Pets Avenue at Upper Thompson in general as their staff were ALL helpful and kind. Their replies were also prompt and friendly. I especially recommend Dr Talitha for whatever she has done for me and my little one so far.

It was Christmas period and many of the vets are fully booked during this period. I needed vet consultation urgently since my puppy was feeling lethargic. Dr Talitha patiently explained her thought process on our puppy's condition. Not only that, she answered my follow-up questions and the clinic checked in on our puppy's condition. Overall, we are very pleased with the service by pets avenue and will definitely come back when need arises. (My puppy recovered in about 3 days!)

One of the best vets we've been to! Dr. Elaine has been so amazing and caring. Provides a lot of assurance and is one of the most reliable vet out there. She goes the extra mile to check in on our puppy from time to time. Even the staffs there are so helpful and gentle with our puppy, you can tell that they really love animals by the way they communicate and treat our puppy. So much respect for these folks! It's always an comforting to go to them knowing that your pup is in great hands.

I would say Dr Elaine is really good! No joke on that as I have come across quite a no. of veteran through the years, based on the way she talks to other people and to me beside how she handled Teddi, she is definitely more than just a veteran. A veteran who would go for the extra miles. I am happy that dogs in Oscars's shelters have a good Dr. Vet nurses there are all super helpful and friendly. ?? Thank you!

My 16yo Jack Russell has been referred to Dr Elaine for a 2nd opinion. We were getting flustered and worried as she may need an urgent operation, as indicated by another clinic, which I shall not name. I Called Pets avenue immediately to schedule an appointment with Dr Elaine within the day. We were thoroughly impressed with Dr Elaine’s service and her impeccable standards. Dr Elaine has made the entire consultation enjoyable, light and reassuring. She was very encouraging and gentle towards my aging dog. She referenced every medical jargon with examples that a layman could understand. Throughout the ultrasound procedure, she explained what she would be looking out for and if there are any abnormalities. She involved me in the whole process to help me understand my dog’s conditions, just like how close contacts would have been treated in a normal hospital setting. As pet owners, we would want to ensure quality of life for our pets, especially in their aging years and also to make an informed decision when it comes to a life-threatening procedure such as a surgery. We were thankful for her expertise and my dog eventually do not need a surgery urgently. To all distressed pet owners, I highly recommend Dr Elaine and her team for your pet’s medical needs.
