★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the same experience as Andy with Dr James, where he was very rough. The whole process was done in 10 minutes, and it's clear that it's a rushed job. I've had good experiences with q&m before but this is the most unpleasant one to date. I would have to say that the dental assistant was the saving grace - she was very sweet and kept asking me if I needed more water, and was very gentle in the process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst dental experience I've ever had. My appointment was at 530pm, but I only went in at 6pm, and came out by 613pm. Dr James Kwek Kok Kuang was not only rushing through the process, he was extremely rough when handling my teeth. There was so much pain inflicted on my gums, and his tools were knocking hard against my teeth. I was so worried that my teeth were going to fall out after the cleaning process.
It was a very disappointing and extremely unpleasant experience for a first visit at Q&M, and will definitely be my LAST visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with my bf and Booking was easy and the nurses were friendly and polite.
During my dental visit, Dr Benn was marvelous. He was patient and friendly. Other than doing scaling & polish, he sat down for a gum check and explain each process n procedure. Very gentle and total pain free experience! Will def come back again and highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very nervous as I’ve not been to the dentist in 4 years. I decided to book an appointment with Dr Benn Chua as I checked the reviews for Dr Benn Chua and they were all very positive reviews.
Just had my first appointment today with Dr Chua and he made me feel very relaxed as he talked step by step what he was doing when descaling. I had no pain whatsoever. Thank you Dr Benn Chua! I would highly recommend to see Dr Chua if you have anxiety with going to the dentist :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr James works very fast, managed to do my complicated wisdom tooth surgery in less than 45 mins. But I must say he is a bit rough during the procedure as he knocked a few of my other teeth. My gum and cheek still hurts even after 5 days. An extra star goes to the nurses and assistants, who were very reassuring and patient. They were also very accommodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for my PCR test not dental appointment, most impressed with service as it was quick. I called their number and they even allow walk-ins.
Much better than Shenton and Raffles Medical clinics when it comes to PCR tests, never answer calls.
The current price is $107 if your flight is >24-hours to departure and $214 if it is <24-hours.
Since I was I impressed, came back for my dental check -up
