Staff is very impatient, was having migraine, staff did not ask for CHAS card at start. Staff was has a very impatient tone when asked for payment. I going go in because it was nearer as my head was hurting. I wished I saw the reviews before entering. Price is overcharged too.

Last visited raffles medical a few months back at Yewtee and the service from the service staff were horrible and rude. Instructions were not clear and I waited aimlessly only to find out that i was not part of the queue even after taking my queue number and registering my details. Staff (which was a guy in specs) did not bother informing me even when he saw me waiting and when I came back to check on my queue number, he told me off and blamed it on me. It was a nightmare and the attitude from one staff has traumatised me. I believe other customers feel the same way as I witnessed many of them being confused at the queue system, which some even had to raise their voices in frustration. All because of this incident and unprofessional staff, I will rather go to any other clinics around Yewtee and avoid this one if possible.

Very disappointed !! The clinic was closed but there's no staff alert people ,to not wait at outside!! the staff still busy inside.About 1hour plus I'm que outside... The answer from clinic staff, doctor not around no use you waiting. How rude is he?then I pointed him,why not tell me Earlier n he knows well I'm waiting. Coz he looked me.he said, he was busy. But at the Same time can play wit other staff? Not even a min to alert people waiting outside worst behavior ever!

My usual clinic was closed for the week and I was a little hesistant to come as I read very bad review. However, the visit was pleasant and Dr Lim Wei Han in particular was very patient in explaining our (both my daughter and I) symptoms. The counter staff are not so clear about their protocol but I guess cos they are trying a new check in system so they are not so familiar. Overall the experience was good especially when both of us were not well. Thanks.

Visited the clinic with my dad on 29 Jun, around 10am. Utterly disgusted by the counter service staffs (2 ladies) attitude. Please do not work in the healthcare service line if you have no patience, empathy and compassion. I strongly advise not to visit if you do not wish to be angered by their horrendous attitude in your unwell state. Mind you, this was also not the 1st time I have encountered such attitude and tone from the counter service staff. I am sure many patients would have experienced it during their visit as I was observing from the past and recent visit. Registered with the counter staff and was disrupted by an elderly lady. I had made an appointment through the app and indicated I was under corporate client. Staff said I should not have booked an appointment through the app, with a rather annoyed tone. Hence, I did not declare I was under a corporate insurance scheme and my dad who had a Merdeka generation card. (As the elderly lady kept on cutting in, and I moved slightly further away from the counter) Thought that they would have my information as this was not my first visit to the clinic. The last visit to the same clinic was merely about 1 month ago and the staff was able to identify me under the corporate benefits. The registration process has always been quite chaotic as patients will be coming through the door with the registration counter staff asking the patients to queue outside and waiting to be called in. Fast forward to the collection of medication and the payment, whereby another lady at the counter was in charge of. I then mentioned that I was under corporate insurance scheme and my dad has a Merdeka card which is eligible for subsidies. She looked extremely displeased instantly and gave me the eye roll that I should have declared it when I was registering earlier. She exclaimed β€œit is easier for them”. Despite apologizing to her for the minor inconvenience (which I think it wasn’t entirely my wrong, as the registration process was not systematic at all), she proceeds to key punch her keyboard loudly. This is totally unprofessional. To end it off, after 5 mins of the β€œminor β€œ inconvenience to her, she then told me to pay the remaining consultation fee after the subsidies. I handed her the note and she had the audacity to β€œsnatch” the note unwillingly from me. How atrocious is this behavior? Side note: while I was settling my medication and payment with staff #2, staff #1 was raising her voice to a patient who seemed like a foreigner and he is not very savvy in using the app for the medical services. β€œYou pay or not pay already???” in an extremely annoyed tone. I think all the patients in the clinic would have heard it. These two ladies should strongly reconsider their profession if they are so unhappy about everything in their work all the time. How do you even work in this line of industry if you have do not have the slightest bit of empathy and compassion? Other than the feedback I have for the counter service staff, I would like to commend that Dr Loh was very patient and was careful about the diagnosis for my dad, which I appreciate. The past few visits to see the doctor has also been alright, doctor did not simply brush off the symptoms and gave a more complete diagnosis.

Clinic was crowded (4.15pm) but the main receptionist was polite and handled queries in a polite manner. Dr Lim, as usual, was very attentive to my medical needs and his mannerisms show that he actually cared about his patients. Some doctors hate it when u ask them questions and tell them/ ask them about stuff you have read online pertaining to your health. This doctor gave recommendations and explained my condition in lay man terms and basically , ease my anxiety. Some doctors can’t wait to get u out of the door! Well done raffles medical, no doubt , it’s such a stressful time , dealing with the crowd and spike in covid cases, but your front staff made the difference for me today.

Bad service. Receptionist girl with spectacle have really bad attitude. I ask her to see doctor and she ask me for what happen . I explained body pain and headache because yesterday the whole day wet on my work. She thought like I’m fake. I’m a man. If I feel sick, I have to look like a patient or what. Really stupid. After that she said cannot see doctor. So why she ask me. Really spoil customer service. This type of attitude, don’t work in the health care.

I went to the clinic today and Dr Lim had such a terrible attitude. He kept sighing and refuting my symptoms and was rolling his eyes like as I wa s wasting his time when I was in pain. I left the clinic immediately. Never will step in here again. Make your time worth it and go to Clover clinic next door. Doctors are more caring.
